The place was lovely, the staff incredible. Although the ventilation needs some work.

The HH on Wednesday was a nice surprise. Mary was amazing!

My room smelled like smoke (THC). I moved rooms and it smelled like cigarette smoke

Quite easy to get to facility.....room

Toilet did not flush properly but was quickly rectified......Front light over entrance and kitchen area in the room was shorting or flickering for some reason and was distracting.....

everything was great except the manager she was racist in ride

manager was very rude she told me I had to leave because my son had a little gather for his 2nd birthday which they knew before I booked it and when I checked into the hotel so I told her If I have to leave just refund me my money back she stated she can’t do that she don’t do refunds so I told her I want be leaving I stayed at plenty of hotels in Schaumburg I never got treated the way she treated me she was really racist and I didn’t like it

for the most part everything was great, no complaints

visitors are allowed to bring big dogs. we were staying in between to visitors with dogs and the barking was very annoying and to much at one point.

Great place to stay with a pet.

The bedroom had a ceiling fan and that was great. My husband runs hot so he needs the fan. Plus, we had our dog who runs hot so this was a great feature. I also loved that our room was right next to the exit.

No soaking bathtub. I like to enjoy a nice soak when I go to a hotel so that was a disappointment. The shower was nice, but the shower head wasn't movable.

the room size and location

the floors are so weak, I don’t recommend this place for a family. this was my 3rd time staying here it’s usually great. but we got several complaints from the people below us saying we were “walking loud” it wasn’t us, the floor is simply not sound proof and creaks with every step. we found a roach under the kitchen cabinet

A great locations outside of Chicago for a getaway.

The location was great for everywhere I was headed in the area. It was a great sized suite, that I would honestly book for more than one person because it could accommodate more than one. The hotel worked with me on accommodating me arriving a day early as well as me needing to have a room near the EV charger, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

I slipped on some ice outside the hotel and called down to the front desk because some salt really needed to be spread on that side. When I came back a few hours later and checked again in the morning I could see that the sidewalk hadn't been salted. I was lucky enough to be fine from my fall but someone else might not be so that should really have been handled sooner.

Separate entrance to my room,, makes me feel like I’m home

Curtain,, I checked in around 2:00 am and when I was a sleep couldn’t make my room dark as curtains were so thin and heavy fabric curtains were fixed till half windows
