La ubicación es buena

Cuando llegamos con nuestro bebé pequeño el de la recepción nos trató súper mal diciendo que no tenía reservas a nuestro nombre porque no había leído bien, hasta nos gritó diciendo que llamemos a booking porque no habíamos hecho la reserva con ellos sino con booking. Pésima experiencia en ese hotel

This was by far the worst hotel I've visited.

The only thing I can think of was maybe location. It was not far from the event we were in town for.

This property is very old and unkempt. Our room needed to be vacuumed, the lamps were rusty and musty smell. This might explain why they had the room super cold (61*) booking to cover must smell. I DO NOT recommend this property.

Extrem schlecht, es gibt Quasi nichts schlimmeres mehr in MIAMI

Diese Frage kann sehr kurz beantwortet werden: NICHTS! Absolut NICHTS! REIN GAR NICHTS!!! In diesem Hotel ist jeder Dollar, den man für eine Übernachtung zahlt, zu viel. Vielmehr: Länger als eine Nacht darf man dort ohnehin nicht aufhaltig sein, denn vom Schimmel wird man dort krank! Ich kann jeden nur dringlichst Raten: KEINENFALLS in diesem Hotel eine Buchung – auch nicht für eine Nacht - zu tätigen. Auch wenn das Angebot einen akzeptablen Preis auswirft, NIEMALS dort ein Zimmer beziehen, es war das schlimmste Hotel, welches ich in 43 Jahren bereist habe. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel!

Unfreundlichkeit beim CheckIn: Das Einzige, was der Typ herausbekommen hat, war: Passport. In einem Befehlston, so etwas hast du in einem Hotel noch nicht erlebt. Kleidung des Mitarbeiters: Jogginghose und T-Shirt. Selbst der Officer an der Grenze war freundlicher. Das erste Zimmer: Muffig hoch 10, es ist Schimmel (Schwarzschimmel/Grünschimmel) an den Wänden, an dem Fenster, an dem Rollo, der ganze Raum riecht stark nach Schimmel. Sauberkeit nach dem CheckIn im Zimmer: UNTER jeder SAU! So ein schlecht geputztes Zimmer habe ich noch nie erhalten, aber es geht noch schlimmer – siehe Zimmer 2. Es ist Betrug am Kunden so etwas zu verkaufen! Im Bad ist mir bei der ersten Dusche die Badamatur entgegengekommen - fortan schießt das Wasser quasi aus der Wand! Es war nicht mehr abschaltbar! Einen Zimmertausch habe ich nur unter massiven Druck erhalten. Den Herrn an der Rezeption interessiert das alles nicht, Hilfe gleich 0! Der Zimmertausch machte es nicht besser. Das neue Zimmer: Extrem schlecht geputzt, schlechter als das erste Zimmer, überall waren noch die Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger, das zweite Zimmer war extrem dreckig, Reinigung (Saugen, Abwischen) eine absolute Fehlanzeige – das wird dort augenscheinlich nicht gemacht. Die Lampen aus Metall sind verrostet, Stromführende Schalter können herausgezogen werden, überall ist Schwarz/Grünschimmel. Es riecht extrem muffig in diesem Zimmer. Schlafen kannst du nur wenn beide Fester voll offen waren. Die Dusche war auch nicht besser. In der Badewanne löst sich die überstrichene Farbe, auch dort ist Schimmel, der Duschvorgang hält nicht mehr. Der Teppich im Zimmer ist aufgerissen, schmutzig, dort gehst du nur in Schuhen oder Flipflops. Handtücher und das Bett waren auch nicht wirklich sauber! Die Fenster sind teilweise so kaputt und lassen sich nicht mehr gut schließen, die Möbel sind so abgerockt und kaputt. Am Holz der Möbel, am Fensterrahmen ist überall Schimmel.

La persona de recepción me cobró NUEVAMENTE el valor de la habitación a pesar de haberle indicado que ya estaba pagado porque Booking había realizado el cobro. Me dijeron que Booking me iba a reembolsar, aún no lo han hecho y nadie me contesta nada.

Só gostei do chuveiro que proporciona um banho gostoso.

No restante , tudo muito fraco , instalações velhas e mal cuidadas, carpete do corredor e quarto muito detonados, banheiro pequeno, café da manhã muito fraco , sem ovo, sem queijo , café aguado, alguns equipamentos com defeito. Não recomendo pra ninguém.

Decent price, ok stay.

The Location is excellent. The price was great but you get what you pay for so I thankfully kept my expectations in check. The breakfast pretty good with egg, sausage, cold cereal, bagels, and yogurt.

Staff extremely impersonal, they do not go out of their way to be friendly at all. Room needs repairs, dresser drawer fell apart after opening it, tv had issues, bathroom faucet barely worked. Shower faucet lever falling apart, storage area where iron rests has a rusty chrome shelf.

Pésimo servicio.. Llegue a las 6am y nos nos dejaron hacer check in , tuvimos que esperar hasta las 3pm. Aunque estoy consiente que el check in era a las 3pm. Pero en mi experiencia en otros hoteles, si hay disponibilidad nos dejan hacer check in antes. Tampoco nos permitieron guardar las pertenencias en lo que llegaba la hora de check in. En otro hoteles si me dan esa oportunidad. Nos dijeron de un lugar frente para pagar y dejar nuestras pertenencias.. El desayuno pésimo. Casi nunca había gente en el lobby.

Pésimo , increíblemente desagradable

Voy a hablar con los dueños tenía pago 2 días y me fui al primer día sucio,camas desastrosas, el personal incalificable, la secretaria habló delante mío como 20 minutos antes de atenderme, llegue temprano y no me dejaron guardar las valijas en ningún lugar porque según ellos no tenían lugar. Por la noche había 3 muchachos en recepción que hablaban a los gritos, baje 4 de la mañana para pedir silencio y la persona del mostrador me dijo que estaba trabajando y que no lo molestara, los muchachos siguieron gritando hasta las 6

Cumple el objetivo principal: dormir.

Lo único bueno es la excelente ubicación del Hotel, respecto al aeropuerto y centros de compras.

El tamaño de la habitación es demasiado pequeña para 4 personas. Los desayunos de muy mala calidad, más comparado con lo que desayunamos en mi país.

Good morning, I have spoken 15 times with Booking.com and they tell me that the hotel (the manager Carolyn Hernandez, nor the assistant Jeremy Yucero) do not choose to answer your emails or phone calls. They simply ignore booking.com. This means that if you are following the processes and policies of hiring a third party as you say, but the hotel does not give you the will to respond, because silence is the best way out for cheaters and scammers. I have spoken with the brand headquarters, and they agree with me but tell me that the property has its "owners" and the Doral hotel should give me the answer and reason. The headquarters saw the pictures I took and apologized for the bad experience. I told them that I want my money back from the hotel...and I hope to get it back. Soon I will be in Miami with my police report against Ms. Carolyn Hernandez and Mr. Jeremy Yucero so I can sue them for fraud. All booking.com users should know about this hotel and the scammers they are.
