Accommodation was excellent, but you can look into adding complimentary breakfast to the room package.

There are not many options at the restaurant. The day we tried to eat there it took over an hour to get our food, they made us late- there excuse was they had to keep stopping making our food cause room service was being ordered which means they need to have more staff on so that dosent happen, people that arrived in restraunt got their food before us

They were locked out of the housekeeping room in the evening and told me they had to wait till the housekeeping staff came in the next morning, and they couldn't locate an item that was left behind by a friend that I was asked to bring home before I had to leave to catch a bus back to halifax

I was expecting a wet bar because the suite we had last year had one. My fault for not asking.

Love the room - love how its downtown

Well -- there were 2 mornings where we were without hot water, -- that took us a bit by surprise.

Staff were great. Location was close to everything with a beautiful view of the harbour. Room was clean modern. breakfast was delicious and huge, explaining the slightly higher price.

cleaning staff were not willing to replace our dirty dishes (there is a small kitchenette) and would only give us dish soap to wash them ourselves

The building is wheelchair accessible and smells like great food in the lobby. Friendly staff!

Please study the 7 principles of universal design. A mechanical bed 18-24" off the floor would help. Adjustable heat would help, it was hot, even though we turned the heat down

the beds were comfy and the location was perfect

it is not overly sound proof and the bathroom would have benefitted from some kind of fan/circulation. customer service is okay.
