Great room for the price but service was horrible!

Great location for my trip!

The staff and the charge me for the whole group even when we explain to them that each couple would pay their own room! They took credit cards for each of them but still charged my card for everyone! They were not friendly about trying to correct the situation!

I enjoyed it.

Location was fine. It wa close to where we were visiting. Didn't eat breakfast. I did eat at restaurant in the lobby. Food was good.

I was on the back side so didn't get to see much outside my window. Plus I'm new to valet services so that threw me off with the whole routine and the price.

Don't waste your time find somewhere else.

I never made it to check in. I tried to reschedule within the time period.

This location has the worst customer staff that I've ever dealt with and I travel quite a bit.

Habitación espaciosa con baño privado cerrado, desayuno buffet por US26 o a la carta. pisos no fumadores. Ubicación a sólo 2 cuadras del Convention Center, fitness center justo lo necesario.

WiFi de baja cobertura o simplemente sin señal, ya sea en habitaciones o espacios comunes, personal de recepción poco amables o muy apurados.

Very nice staff. Comfortable rooms

they double charged me. I forgot my CC so we paid using my friends card but when I got home we noticed both of our cards were charged. No one has answered the phone so haven't been helped yet

Quiet, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect to go from our Cruise to relaxing!

We disembarked from our cruise at 830 am and our room wasn't supposed to be checked in until 3pm. We walked over to inquire about luggage storage until check in and we were greeted with smiles and an early check in!

Everything exceeded our expectations!

Convenient convention center hotel

Very convenient location as I was in town for a conference at the convention center. Staff were friendly, and it was comfortable.

Unfortunately the shower door was broken, and the fitness center could use some updating, adding of equipment, and make it 24 hours -it was full every morning during my stay.

I can’t wait to go back for another wonderful stay !

My daughter and stayed here for a couple of days after our cruise and we loved it! The location was perfect to either walk or Uber around. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The beds were the MOST comfortable beds I have slept in !

I enjoyed the stay because of the great hospitality from the Front Desk and treated me like a valued guest.

Location and friendly front desk staff and being valued as a quest. Spacious and roomy room to put suitcases and personal items Would like to have a better view instead of facing parking lot.

Offer better bathroom amenities like lotions and shower caps.

The only minor thing was if you’re by the elevator/main fence closet it is very loud and the bed was a little hard/uncomfortable.

It's alright, but there are better options.

The main good thing was that it was close to the convention center, which was the venue for my work conference. Other than that it wasn't particularly spectacular. Also, since there's not much around, it is a quiet stay.

The kitchen/restaurant staff kept bickering among each other most mornings of my stay making for a bit of an uncomfortable breakfast/start to the day. There is almost nothing right around the hotel, so you can't quite go out and do something fun easily.

We loved it would stay again for sure !

It was a perfect location we went for my daughters birthday the weekend and through Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday and the parades were all just either a 1 block walk over or a few blocks over depending on the parade route, and a plus the pool was so warm during February that it felt like a huge hottub so no matter the season you can swim which was a huge win for our 6 year old. Walking distance or Uber/lyft ride everywhere be aware if going during Mardi Gras many roads are closed and it was a nightmare getting in to the hotel the day we came and you have to leave your car in the hotel garage because parking elsewhere was even more expensive than the valet there. We loved our stay here and we felt very safe in the area.

How expensive parking was 45 a day that’s the only bad thing I can say

Personnel sympathique et bon accueil. Très bon emplacement par rapport au Convention Center. Lit très confortable. Bureau et prises bien disposés.

Manque d'organisation au petit déjeuner. Buffet assez minimaliste. Propreté de la chambre pourrait être améliorée. Hotel cher pour ses prestations.

Nothing to write home about but it's a great quiet spot in a safe area, close to town

The location was great with a really nice restaurant and bar nearby.

Disabling the access cards early on the day you're leaving isn't nice. I went out back for a smoke with my morning tea and couldn't get back in because the card was already deactivated even though checkout was hours away. Additionally, prices for parking and beers are close to what I'd call a scam.

I would not stay there again.

Proximity to the convention center.

The room smelled bad and weird. It was not very clean, the bathtub was very dirty and gross. The room service was always done halfway. We had reserved a room with a king bed but we were given a room with a double bed and were told they don’t have any king room available. They never changed the room although we had a long stay. The location was not bad as far as proximity goes, but the hotel shared a backyard with a club so if you are there for work and need to sleep you probably can not very well. The staff were not rude or anything but they were never in a good mood. I felt awkward and uncomfortable asking them for anything. Just one day one gentleman was very welcoming and friendly.

Not happy

It was close to my venue and the room was nice.

Didnt like that I had to pay to park down the street or valet park which was 40 bucks not happy for the amount you spend on the room it should have been included. Staff was rude

Everything was wonderful, the employees were pleasant, the pool was always cleans.

The breakfast buffet online said it was $12.95 but it was more expensive. So we had to go out for breakfast.
