The location was great as it is conveniently located to the areas we were visiting and the airport.

For a prestigious hotel, the room was pretty basic. The bath where the shower is, was backing up (not flowing properly). The shower control for hot & cold was a bit trick as well.

The cleanliness and room sizes were good. It’s a good location.

Mr. Alexander at the guests services. This man refused to send water in my room at 1 in the morning even when I told him I was ready to PAY for the bottles. Very clearly I stated I will pay for it, please send them to my room. He instead asked me to go on different floors of the hotel and try getting from the vending machines since the one on my floor wasn’t working. He has been my only disappointing encounter on our trip to Miami. He made sure to not send water to my room and left us thirsty that night. I mean HILTON has appointed such people as their employees? Never would anyone do that for a basic necessity. Water!!! It was a matter of JUST WATER. No wrong demands were made. He tells a woman at 1 am to go check all the floors for WATER. This is the hospitality I get ?

chambre et salle de bain propres, de bonne taille et bien équipées. choisi au départ pour sa proximité avec le Kaseya center. l'emplacement est idéal pour bien plus à 2 pas du métro moover et des arrêts de bus pour Wynwood et Miami Beach. vraiment rapide et facile pour se déplacer dans Miami service de bagagerie. la piscine en roof top est sympa.

brak foteli i stolika w pokoju, bar w recepcji rano jako Starbucks, potem nieczynny - w efekcie ograniczona możliwość (jednie w restauracji) zamówienia napojów, zerowa możliwość zamówienia np. ciast; przydałoby się odświeżenie łazienki

The property had friendly and welcoming staff, the rooms were nice and the beds really comfy. Location is decent depending on what you are planning to do in Miami. If youre looking to go to the beach most days then the location isnt ideal but also isnt bad as its only a 15-20 minute car journey. If youre looking at doing other things then downtown Miami is a great location

One member of staff complained at us for sitting/lying on a sofa. We were out the way of anyone else who was in there minding our own business. Many members off staff had seen us didnt see a problem with anything. Except one person who decide to go out of his way just to tell us we cant sit like that. Unprovoked and unprofessional in my opinion.

The location was Perfect!

The restaurant closes at 11pm. We stayed in this area to go to the Heat game . Got back to the hotel at 11:05 only to find that the restaurant was closed. We’re healthy eaters and didn’t want to use Checkers across the street

除了老旧以外（美国所有城市里的希尔顿都挺旧），没有什么大问题。而且明显也是翻新过的，充电口可以USB直接插。落地窗也很棒。房间不大但是品质不错。

The room was tired looking, bath was stained, sockets no where near the mirrors. Took over half an hour and 3 phone calls to get some foam pillows

The property is beautiful and well kept. The view from the room was absolutely amazing!

When I called and spoke to the concierge about transport to the Miami port by phone, He pushed for me to take the later transport from the hotel at 1pm although I asked for 12 noon transport. He basically told me that I would not be allowed to board the ship arriving to early to the port and there was no place to wait. It was my 1st time so I went with his suggestion Our boarding time to get on the ship was 1:30pm. On the day of transport, He had to be called due to confusion on the transport. When he arrived to the desk, he basically was rude and told us that the port was shut down and we needed to find other means of transportation to the port because the transportation from the hotel was running over an hour behind. He was rude and uncaring to his actions which almost caused us to miss our cruise! He was quite argumentative and He also stated that he couldn't control the port, however we may have not been in such a predicament had he not aggressively pushed for us to take a later transport so close to our boarding time.

The hotel was old and was not up to date. The tub had stains in it. The bathroom door did not lock. There was a mold/mildew issue in the hall outside my room.

A mi familia completa nos encantó este hotel, una ubicación y vistas espectaculares.

Lo único que no me gustó del todo fue el costo del Valet Parking, pero, es el estándar de la ciudad de Miami.

The location was great. Central to downtown but not directly in the center. The ultra festival was going on but it wasn't heard from where I was. Also, the hotel smells amazing! Whatever they pump into the air is great!

The room did not meet my expectations. The room was poorly lit and the closet and bathroom doors jammed. The bathtub also had some wear and tear. For the amount of money I spent, I expected better facilities.

Temperatur im Zimmer saukalt, Schmutz und Abgewohnt, Stickende Klimaanlage im Heizbetrieb da zimmer ca 16 Grad hatte. Bei Anruf bei Rezeption Vorschlag für Decken erst nach Aufforderung kommt ein Haustechniker vorbei. Dann funktioniert die Heizung der Klimaanlage stinkt aber nach verbranntem Staub. Sehr abgewohnt, keine laufende Instandhaltung im Haus. Offensichtlich keine INvestitionen in dn letzten 20 Jahren! Würde in Österreich nicht *** entsprechen!!!! Um diesen Preis eine echte Zumutung und eine Schande für den Namen Hilton!

Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, schön angerichtet. schöner Aussenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, insgesamt sehr sauber, Personal freundlich

Dusche sehr laienhaft repariert (mit breitem Tesaband wurde die Abschlussschiene festgeklebt), man brauchte 2/3 der bereitgelegten Handtücher auf dem Boden um zu verhindern dass das Wasser in den Flurbereich läuft. Höhe Rutschgefahr auf den nassen Fliesen. Am Abreisetag benötigten wir ca. 1 Stunde um vom 4. Stock mit unseren Koffern in den Rezeptionsbereich zu gelangen und dann nochmals mind. 15 Minuten um das Untergeschoss zu erreichen, wo der bestellte Transport für den Hafen wartete. Die Lifte waren komplett überlastet, ein Treppenhaus gibt es nicht. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel schlecht organisiert. Die Hotelpools wo auf der Webseite so schön dargestellt sind, waren geschlossen.

Muy buen desayuno y excelente atención.

Los ascensores en los que de forma obligada tienes que tomar uno para llegar al Lobby y otro para las habitaciones.

Tak jak wyżej - brak śniadań w cenie.
