The pool was really nice.

Great location staff was OK but the rooms are disgusting. We would never stay here again. Can’t even believe this is own

Location was great .

The rooms are gross old sticky carpet old nasty furniture, bathroom old tile, round toilet just absolutely gross room .

Personnel très stupide. Mon mari est allé réceptionné la chambre alirsssur je m’occupais du petit dans la voiture. La réceptionniste a absolument voulu me voir en personne (c’est moi qui a réservé la chambre)avec carte cb et carte d’identité. Elle n’a pas accepté qu’on paie en liquide . Elle a du mettre 30 min pour nous remette la clé de la chambre. Elle avait une façon de parler très hard

Overall, nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, although a bit small, great location which met our needs for a nig

it was quiet, safe, rooms clean, easy access off street, good location to restaurants, and stores, etc.

Difficulty getting to our room on the third floor due to stairway near our room being broken and blocked for what is assume repairs also not enough shower towels per the number of people we had staying in our room.

no microwave avail for guests, unacceptable for that price and supposedd quality of ramada, must be not doing well to do that to us. . not even in lobby had to go to 7-eleven to make a bag of popcorn. only suites w kitchenettes have MW. Econolodge and most private motels have a microwave somewhere for us to use.

Location and Staff; free parking; amenities in the room (TV, iron & ironing board; small fridge; desk & chair, extra chair & lamp; plenty of bed pillows

The property is in tired condition- Inside our room 224: wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom; toilet kept running after being flushed; Beds were not made up on a daily basis (we read fresh linens every three days but no mention of not making up the beds) Outside: the carpet on walkway was wet and appeared to be old; stairway by our room was taped off; paint peeling on other stairway

I know for sure I’ll never come back!

The room was clean but the walls were not finished up (no board on walls).

The sheets, blankets and covers were very poor quality! The front desk staff was uncooperative on every way!

well I think Breakfast should be with cost of room .. there shouldn’t be extra cost.. I actually went to out to breakfast . I didn’t care for soap I can’t use dove products.. should have options..

location.

no hot water the first day. the room smelled like mold. the floors were so dirty that our shoes squeaked when walking. the wall had holes in it. there was dog poop by the ice machines.

Not great!

The location was great it was close to a lot of different restaurants and shopping centers.

When I walked into the room it had a strong order of some type of scent they used that was not appealing and it lingered around for my full stay. The AC was so loud that I could barely fall asleep. Our neighbors next to us were so loud as well through the whole night slamming their doors. Definitely will not stay here again!

Best Staff, Comfortable

The staff was super courteous and considerate. The facilities were a bit outdated but very clean and comfortable. Parking was complimentary, and ordering room service for our meals was super easy and quick. We didn't get to use it even though we were told it was heated, but the pool area was a nice place to sit and have our coffee.

Like most Wyndham establishments I have stayed in CA, walls are super thin from every corner. Don't expect a quiet stay despite the hotel's best efforts to enforce quiet hours because people don't necessarily have to be loud to be heard. I feel this is where the hotel could benefit from offering ear plugs in every room.

Was perfect for my boys and I.

heated pool and jacuzzi. breakfast was amazing. hour early check in as compared to most places. hour later check out than most places.

need more coffee and creamer in the room but I'm sure I could have asked for it.

Would stay again.

Check in was outstanding and the FDA was delightful. Large room footprint. Great location and access.

Guests left a lot of trash lying around, so maybe add a few extra outdoor trash cans. Night Audit/AM gentleman was a little “cold” when dropping off keys.

Great place and a great price!

Great location easy access to everything that we wanted to do. The work out space was clean and new. Lots of parking.

We we on the first floor and the room above us was noisy. We told the front desk and they immediately moved us to a room that was more quiet.
