Lovely warm welcome, lovely spacious accommodation, comfortable well equipped accommodation

Lovely warm welcome by the owner, quick check in and as requested a ground floor room. Pleasantly surprised how nice the room was, clean and fresh, roomy, everything we needed was there, nice comfortable bed, air con if needed, sofa and kitchen, good roomy bathroom and well worth the 30 min walk to the lake side and beach - fantastic for the price 😀

I had heavy equipment and I didn't want to carry it upstairs so the lady was kind enough to put me in a room on the main floor.

I liked the smiles and the conversation with the owners as we cleaned snow off our car and they cleared snow off the sidewalks.

I wish there had been a place to hang out coats.

Room was clean. Bed was well made. Mattress was comfortable. We made use of the WiFi while at the motel this time.

Too much light from outside. (Curtains could be raised a bit more to keep the light out.) Too much green light inside. (My wife and I like a really dark room.) Refrigerator was somewhat noisy. We found the temperature a little warm for the first night, but adjusted it for the second night. The lower temperature helped us to sleep more soundly.

Will most definitely book this hotel again. Very clean, staff very friendly, perfect location. They even allowed us to keep our second vehicle parked for additional nights without charge while we went to Ottawa. Everything safe and secure. Thank you kindly.

The location was convenient for our purpose, and it was within our budget.

Bathroom was clean; hot water was ample. Liked the availability of television, microwave, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi. Bed was comfortable. No odors in the suite.

No breakfast served, a coffee maker with milk and sugar provided would be a good thing to have in the rooms.

Owner is always extremely friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. They even went as far as cleaning off my car for me after a good snowfall on the morning of my departure. Always relaxing and peaceful the times I have been there.
