I will never stay there again

The beds were good

It’s was dirty, the towels and furniture were stained and it has a smell in the lobby. The breakfast was very poor , bread , coffee, yogurt.

Price seemed reasonable until we saw it

Filthy furniture and carpet, mildew at base of tub, crud under sink faucet, dirt/crumbs/hair in drawers. Horrible.

Crap just crap

Size of room.

Sheets were filthy,smoke holes all in sheets.in a non smoking room.Room had no toilet paper, towels,face clothes nothing.Asked for them they got pissy.Complained about stained and groose aheets and they brought new sheets remade bed ourselves at 1am.and those sheets were even more groose.Asked for refund about these things and got blown off.never never again.

Room was dirty. Coffee machine didn’t work. No towels in room, had to ask. Cigarette butt on the dresser and ash in the bathroom. The room was supposed to be non smoking. There were long black hair in the bathroom. Bed covers were visibly stained and crusty

Might as well have stayed at a homeless shelter and saved my money

Staff was not very helpful or concerned about anything. Had to use phone at desk to call him - and when he finally showed up - looked stoned. This hotel must have long term renters - ie : people with addictions etc. the hotel is dirty, smells, sketchy people loitering around & I was awoken by knocks on neighbour doors many times throughout the night. Drug dealing ? Hookers ? Not sure . Was terrible . Asked for a refund for the 2nd and 3rd night I had booked.

I hope to be reimbursed for having to be in this place for one night and being forced to find another hotel for our seco

Location

This place was disgusting. The smell throughout the halls and in the rooms was unbearable. There was a shortage of towels, and no shower curtains. I asked 3 times for a pillow and never got one. There was yelling in the hallway during the night, we thought there was going to be a fight right outside our room. There were holes in the walls - it looked like someone had attacked the walls and fridge with a hammer. We left after one night, as we didn’t feel safe and the smell was overpowering.

Breakfast options ok with a clean new breakfast room

The room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. Chocolate bar wrappers were behind the Nightstand between the two beds. Bathroom wasn’t completely clean and tv/ cable I wasn’t set up, ready to use in the room

Won't be back.

Breakfast was a few slices of stale bread

Front desk was very slow or at times not existent. Needed someone to change my room key as is stopped working. Had to wait an hour while calling the front desk number for someone to show up.

We had to switch rooms as the toilet was covered in urine.

It did the job but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Front desk guy was decent, no one broke into the vehicles outside.

Smelled like bad body odour in the lobby. Bed had hair and bugs in it. This location may have bed bugs!, tv didn’t work. Poor lighting in the room, just a couple really old rough lamps that barely worked. Shower drain was plugged so it would take 10 minutes to drain after done showering. The air conditioning unit was way out of date and extremely loud.

Ask for main floor due to disability.Booked us on 2nd floor no elevator they had to clean a room on 1st floor while we waited. Beakfast in am was late and portly set up. This was our second stay in the month and we will not book again at this location price higher on second stay

A reasonably priced roadside stop but could do with updating. Dont stop for breaksfast.

It was convenient place to rest on a long trip, but by far not the most glamorous place i've ever spent the night. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Its a little bit dated and gloomy. A lot of road noise from the nearby highway. Dingy hallways could do with updating and freshening up too. Breakfast was a handful of stale items, a few pieces of fruit and some yogurts that dont appear to have been refrigerated (we had to throw away) between a whole hotel full of people.

the location was good, beakfast was very good, very clean pleasant room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel certainly could do with some . upgrading. Room was clean but bedding, pillows, bedspread was old and worn! I realize i did not pay a lot for the room cleanliness important as well as upgrades.

Customer service was fantastic

The building was very outdated, found garbage in the fridge, the bedroom furniture had what looked like dried syrup all over them as well as broken, the lamp shades had yellow stuff on them, the heater had stuff running down the front of it. Will never book a room there again. The pictures on the website are not at all the same. Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking for my first night and was still charged for it which is very disappointing after seeing it the next night but I ended up getting a refund for the 2nd night and left the hotel but was charged by booking.com far more the 1st night then what the actual hotel was charging me for the 2nd night. Over all very disappointed.

Location was handy. Rooms and hallways were dirty.

It was dirty and not properly cleaned. It was not stocked with all the things it should have. The refrigerator didn’t work. The first room I was in was so dirty that I complained. I was moved to a different room and it was a little bit better but not much. Mirrors were not cleaned properly.

Disappointing

The staff was helpful when we had an issue with our room.

When we checked in our rooms tv was broken and the room wasn't very clean and the bathroom fan cover was hanging down. The issue was rectified which was awesome and we got a new room but then we were outside in our vehicle and two police cars showed up and there was sketchy individuals around . Not sure if they rent to bc housing authority or not but I wouldn't stay here again. Also the second room we got wasn't stocked with towels and the coffee tray wasn't stocked.

Nice bed, but the rest of the place needs work.

The bed was very comfy. That's about it.

The chair in the room was *very* dirty. I didn't even want to sit in it without something covering it. The "breakfast" was practically non-existent. There was only yogurt & cereal.

Convenient location. Quiet. Comfortable beds.

Garbage not emptied. Dirt on floor. Only thing for breakfast was an apple and a banana and coffee.
