You get what you pay for and for the price it’s not bad

It’s close to amenities such as the chinook mall and a breakfast/lunch cafe

Damp, wallpaper peeling off the wall, plug sockets loose, random wallpaper patches covering stuff up

Sommeil pas réparateur

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus contrairement à ce que dit l'annonce. Il y'avait du bruit à toute les 30mins que j'ai pas eu un sommeil réparateur.

Les mur ne sont pas assez épais car j'entendais soit marché soit bouger des choses toute la nuit

When the lady went to look at our room she went over it with a fine tooth comb it took forever I felt like a criminal

That it was supposed to be 64.99

It turned out to be 68 plus a 400 dollar cash deposit and they charged me a 35 dollar handling fee that was non refundable 8 dollars for a coffee in my room so no complimentary anything that all motels give

Room is not proper clean and bedsheet already have stain and they charge me for stain again. After that i call them and ask for extra charge but no buddy give me satisfied answer and send email to manager still they don't give me reply back. They cheat to customer.

rooms are very old and smelly in need of updating, price was fair considering the age of the property the owners over charge the clients for damage deposit as other hotels charge only 90-150 staff was quiet rude at arrival, NO VISITOR RULE are we CHILDREN!!!

stay away this hotel unless you don’t have choice.

close the downtown and Chinook centre both staff day and night good.

I pay one night 126$, room are smelly like fish smell specially when AC was running, bedsheets of both rooms have stains I believe is pee, mold in washroom every where,bugs in rooms night time,no privacy in room ,window blind is not accurate any one can see from outside. most importantly staff took my Visa card and driving license copy and put in file I am to concern anyone can take my Visa card copy and use it I ask reception and she said this is hotel policy, which is not legal. this property not worth over 50$ night, while I pay 126$ a night . not recommended for family with kids

Still waiting on a refund for a broken in door, and finding a used condom and dead bed bug in the beds. Not impressed.

The inn looked nice overall. The heating system was working. The staff was warm and helpful. I was able to leave my belongings at the front desk after checking out heading for my US visa appointment. It was quiet during late night cuz i arrived at 2am, though i can hear people shutting doors leaving in the morning. It was a good price for having an entire room to myself as opposed to other hostels where a couple of strangers share a room.

The shower water became warm only after a few minutes, not soon enough, which might be because of the freezing weather (-25° Celsius) so that it takes time to warm up. Didn't see any toothbrushes or toothpaste but i got my own. There was a dark spot on the bed sheet but fortunately i prepared my own sheets as well. The floor felt dirty as i walked around barefoot.

terrible mattress, thin bed linens, would not allow credit card payment from my parent versus me(had to use debit and charged $20 extra.

Fine for price, needs some work

Bed was comfy, wifi was good, tv was good, basic needs were provided. Very cheap price.

Not very well taken care off. Shower was clogged, heater was barely hanging on the wall, loud noise in stairwell of people fighting all night.

Rooms were old, unkempt and dirty

The staff were friendly. Access to the location was easy

The room was dirty and unkempt, including walls, ceiling and floor. The bedding was dirty and stained. The rooms were cramped and difficult to maneuver around, as was the parking lot. Window panes are thin, therefore the noise was loud.
