Won’t stay there again.

Loved the location and that the bed was comfortable.

We ubered there and they added a 4.10 parking fee and we didn’t even have a car. Then they charged us 243.54 when the agreement through booking is 193.24. They refused that they did that and did not send me a receipt. Just charged my card.

Great location!

Clean and location

The bed was not comfortable at all. I asked the staff at desk for a different pillow- firmer. The young man was nice but other guy guess he was the manager on duty, minimized my request and when I insisted, he said” we don’t have any. “ The breakfast was nice, but they had one young lady doing everything on her own!! Customers, including us had to wait a long time to get help and order.

A Dream come True !!

In past Day trips to the area, I had admired the “big hotel on the hill” and secretly wished to stay there. When this later actually happened… the place did Not Disappoint in any way !! My stay there was absolutely a joy in every way.

Limited hours at the nearby restaurant not connected to the hotel.

Very nice.

Close proximity to our friend’s house.

Parking costs not told about beforehand. Had to ask for glass glasses as all the room had was plastic and cardboard. No fan in bathroom and no way to open the window rather than use the AC. After Covid, fresh air should be available in each room!

I would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

The property was well maintained and in good condition. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The coffee maker in the room didn't work and there were ants. Not a big deal - but I did forget to mention to the front desk when I left so they could address. Sorry!

POOR!Not what U expected for a Hilton

I couldn't wait to leave! Ants in my room, prompted me to check out and register else where, and less expensive. No breakfast, no restaurant, having to leave the premises at an extra expense and inconvenience to me. Fitness room was closed. Your pool looked uninviting.

Our stay was very nice and relaxing and will definitely stay there again

How clean the hotel was even though it was going through renovations. Staff were very friendly and were willing to help in any way they can. Room was a nice size and very clean

Because of the renovations there were things that were not available like breakfast or a bar area but we were able to make do. We did notice that the pool was not as clean as far as leafs and trash in the water and seemed a bit over corified

Great location just off of highway 4, but quiet. Very close to Solomon's island, restaurants,stores

No breakfast available at this time as they are still renovating. Inside,except for a few areas, the hotel looks brand new. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Staff are attentive and helpful. Outdoor pool was open. Indoor pool and fitness room still being renovated. Laundry room (for hotel guests) looked like it was ready. Lobby is modern and spacious with multiple sitting areas - very inviting. Ample parking.

The deception !!!!!! The place had know pool, no free breakfast , and was in complete disrepair Wouldn’t want a child there for safety reasons

Feel as if I needed a refund.

To be honest, the booking site said nothing about construction. There was no bed bug barrier on the bed which caused me to concern. We had to go to front lobby for anything we needed. They did however clean the room before we got back from our wedding. Loved the area. For the price I was very unsatisfied.

The bed and it was clean

TV screen quality poor. Half decorated no art on the walls. Shower was horrible, I had to get a cup to rinse. The front door was broken, ice machine broke. Tv

Superb

This was a great location for us, only a few minutes drive to get to either the marina or downtown. The staff are very friendly. Lots of space to park boat/trailer and dog friendly.

clean, great customer service but loud, uncomfortable beds

the location is fairly convenient, and the front desk staff were amazing!! true room was clea.

the bed was uncomfortable and loudly creaked and squeaked with every move, so that didn’t allow a good nights sleep. also, you had to pay for parking and breakfast which isn’t a big deal at all, just odd. the indoor pool was also closed which was a bummer

It was pretty alright, no real big complaints.

the location was great, didn't really have any issues other than what's below. The staff were also very nice.

Not a very comfy environment if that makes sense. The room smells like cleaner which is kind of a constant reminder that countless people have slept in the same bed you're sleeping in. The water pressure is weird and fluctuates constantly in the shower which honestly isn't that big of a deal.
