You won’t regret staying here!

I liked everything about the facility…clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruits and coffee were available at the lobby throughout the day. The workout room was also nice.

Great staff and bkfast. Rooms need some work.

The location was good. Breakfast was exceptional. Common areas nice. Staff was consistently good.

Rooms are dated and small. There are too many small rooms. It was hard to get comfortable. Furniture was stained. No daily room service was kind of disqppointing.

Very difficult to find it. I always approached it from a parking lot (Safeway). I never did learn where the entrance is from the street.

Overall not worth the cost of the rooms.

Breakfast was okay. Pretty much standard hotel fare. No complaints about the breakfast.

AC unit in our room was extremely loud. No exterior bathroom door made privacy difficult. Certainly not worth $300/night, although it's true that Boulder is an expensive place to stay.

suite yes, bad smelly and very noisy

we liked having 2 rooms

First, we had booked 3 weeks in advance a room with a kings size bed. When we arrived (or better they called us at the airport), we ended up in something between a twin and queen size bed. It also was a handicapped room. So one of us slept in the bed, the other one slept in a pull out sofa. They gave us a 20% discount, but still we would have preferred a king size bed. The sink in the bathroom had a dirty edge, the room had a very bad smell, and there was a big noise level coming from the hall way and above room. The breakfast which was so highly praised was mediocre: not a single slice of cheese, eggs came from a carton, no bacon, ham was rubber. We would not book this hotel again.

OK place to stay

the location was good. Checkout at noon was nice

Probably my fault but a double bed was too small for both of us. It was a double suite but I didn’t realize this was the bed size. So small. The location must have been an old age home before. Strange layout. The shower only had a shower head at waist height. Could easily put another higher shower head too. Disappointed for the price.

Great place to stay in Boulder and an ideal hotel for visiting campus or CU Boulder students.

This was an ideal location for visiting the CU Boulder campus -- particularly the south side of the school's facilities (and right off the highway coming in from Denver).

The room had some amenities, but was very basic. The breakfast was quite limited, too -- but these were minor compared to the benefits of staying here. Very convenient for us.

It was comfortable, clean and cozy.

Breakfast was good - it covered all the food groups. It was fresh and there was more than enough for everyone. The driver who took me to my course everyday was on time and drove safely. Reception was efficient and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

At night I could hear the people above me walking on the floor boards. The ceiling seemed really thin. I could sometimes hear them talking too.

Loved that it was by a shopping strip.that was a nice surprise. amenities were good.having a laundry,and some evening events was fun.

Convenient, and full of conveniences. Grocery store next door and kitchenette saved on food costs.

The carpet, especially in the closet, had fur all over it.

The apartment/suites are very well designed and furnished with well beyond the necessities.

Great place to stay if you want to feel at home. The rooms are really little suites/apartments with a full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher.

We liked everything.
