Pleasant stay in a nice area

The location has a good access from highway and provides a convenient parking space. There’s a mall nearby with stores and restaurants. The area looks well. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast. Nothing special but exactly what you may expect from a nice hotel. We enjoyed it. Coffee, tea, and a water station are available in the lobby. The reception staff were super nice and shared some advice about the area.

Although there was disruption with the construction, the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy

The room in the staff were wonderful.

At the time we were there, they were under construction for refurbishing the place. The hot tub was closed and we were rerouted for parking.

Great Location for my activities while there.

Construction work left parking & hotel entrance difficult with no dedicated lobby and sometimes only 1 working elevator. The breakfast room was in desperate need of an upgrade. I assume that the dining/Breakfast room will be included in the hotel’s overall renovation work.

Nice location but will not return.

Breakfast was decent. Some of the items like the sausage looked uncooked.

Mattresses and Pillows were uncomfortable. Jacuzzi was dirty. There was hair, bandaids and items that were not suppose to be in a jacuzzi.

The staff were friendly. The exercise room was clean. My room was fresh & clean.

I remain a customer of Hampton. I look for them when I travel.

Breakfast good and was refilled. Room OK. Hampton should be clean and safe. That is what we expect.

Missing are the writing pads and pen. Sounds trivial yet I have come to expect that and a binder in the room with information about eateries that are local.

Great hotel!

The check was a breeze! I messed up the date and unfortunately was charged for the one night I didn't stay but its ok. It was my fault. I called and got booked for the very next day. They was super friendly and easy. Pool and hot tub was awesome. Room was comfortable and awesome. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. we definitely will be coming back to this hotel. And it was quiet considering how many ppl were there.

Rooms are still out of date. Pillows are still way too soft, but I bring my own.

A clean and friendly hotel but for the price too many disappointing issues.

Front desk staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Lobby and dining area looked well designed and comfortable. All areas were clean. Room temperature easy to control. Quiet room.

No hair dryer in bathroom, lumpy, uncomfortable mattress. Loudly squeaking shower head. Breakfast room and dining area so crowded we had to leave to eat elsewhere.

Fair hotel certainly not worth the money but a big city usually costs more

The breakfast was not so good - I think it was graduation weekend and r They were not prepared for all the people - the oatmeal was dry I had to add water to even be able to eat it - lots of kids unattended- glad Covid is over -I would not have eaten anything

Good place, with a nice room, and a good amenity kit. Easy parking, good location, right next to beautiful mall

I had a problem with the price difference between the booking and the Hampton inn. The counter guy Ed didn't care at all. The second guy on Sunday morning may 7th (unfortunately, I don't know his name) was trying to solve the problem. Wrote down my name and phone number, and said he would try to solve it with his supervisor.

Overall it was great
