Adequate.

Good location for travellers. Easy to find off the highway. Close to restaurants and for those who are Tim Horton's fans, it was right there.

The remote control for the TV did not work right. It turned on the TV but the volume button did not work, then it would not turn off the TV. The mattress was noisy like it was wrapped in plastic. The shower door did not close properly. The water was coming out onto the floor. The hair dryer was plugged in but it did not work. The floor tiles needed some attention, they were not in good condition. And by the way, I am not American as this web site says I am.

I was very disappointed.

the location suited me very well.

I find the shower very small. the soap that is supplied is a very small. I had a shower and went to bed and two hours later I woke up and had three bites on my back which were very uncomfortable. I washed the spots on my back and put a clean towel on my bed to lay on and tried to get back to sleep. Left hotel very early because I was not comfortable.

Not a luxury hotel, but a good affordable spot to stop as you are driving through the area.

It was very clean, seemed recently renovated. The room was large, there was a fridge and microwave, as well as a small table and chairs. We only stopped for the night on our way home from Ontario, as it was late and we didn't want to drive across Northern NB in the dark. It was perfect for our needs. It was very easy to get to off the highway, and right next to Tim Hortons for breakfast.

The bed was very noisy. The TV was small and in the furthest corner away from the bed (which was the only place to comfortably watch tv). We had to get out of bed to read the TV guide on the screen and choose a show. First world problems though lol. There was a fair bit of noise from other guests - there seemed to be no sound proofing between rooms (you could hear people having conversations, not necessarily what they were saying, just the talking) however everyone was quiet by midnight so it wasn't a big deal. There was no in room coffee, but tim Hortons was across the road and opened at 530.

Not pet friendly!

Location and price.

They advertise as being pet friendly but only have one room that is “pet friendly”. I booked a room and made it clear I had a dog with me. I showed up and was turned away because their only pet friendly room was already taken. The complex was half empty on a Tuesday night in September. Had to find another place to stay after a long day of driving. I have stayed at this location numerous times but something has changed. I will not be back.

I called the hotel before our stay and they told us they were pet friendly. after tracking for 11 hours we got there to be told they were not. he canceled my reservation on the spot and gave the room to another customer while I was standing there trying to figure out what to do. he was not helpful at all

room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom just renovated.

Fair price motel closed to highway in edmundston

only location. There is no breakfast nor any other facilities.

I hope with the similar price point they would be able tomprovide breakfast, spa, gym etc.

I was pleased with the room and it was clean and bright. It exceeded my expectations.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm and cozy.

I was satisfied with the room and had no complaints about anything.

It was good for my over night stay - travelling from Quebec to catch the bus to Nova Scotia.

Room, bed and bathroom was clean.

coffee pot , cup , coffee and creamer would have been awesome for the AM.

The room was in semi-basement, so felt a bit claustrophobic. No coffee machine in the room.

It was exactly what we needed for a one night stay.

Room was a decent size with a bed and table for two. The room was clean, to be honest I didn't inspect it closely as I was too tired. Bathroom was super small, but adequate enough. Room was equipped with a small refrigerator and a microwave; that was a surprise and a complete bonus.

Air conditioning was super loud, however I realize that we just came off a cold spell and the weather had turned quite a bit warmer so the A/C had to do quite a bit of work to cool the room.

good location downtown.

staff does not speak French in a French-speaking town. Old building with zero charm

Hope to stay there again but at a lower price.

Room was comfortable and facilities were in good condition.

Only one bedside lamp. Door to unit was in rough shape. Price was not reflective of the condition of the building. No TV guide.
