I did like anything about this property.
-advertised as 24/7 shuttle to and from airport/. Not true at all, arrived to airport at midnight and they told me the shuttle stopped at 10:30 PM, paid $45 to get to hotel with Uber. Had an early flight, needed to leave at 7:30 AM, went down to take the shuttle, they said first shuttle doesn’t start until 8:00 AM, paid $70 to get to airport.
-the rooms are falling apart, toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall, the sheets were stained, dirty floors, water pressure from shower was extremely low, toilet barley flushes, I could hear a pin drop from the other rooms, poor air ventilation, phone didn’t work in room, WiFi didn’t work in room, it was just all around one of the most unpleasant stays of my life. The staff was awful, completely u apologetic for any of these issues. Do not stay here!

Bed was comfy and the staff was pleasant
None of the ice makers worked. Only 1 elevator was in operation and it did not look like it was being fixed. My toilet made noise… and there was no conditioner in the bottle.

TV buffered the whole time very old fashioned. The toilet barely flushed, the phone did not work and check in took until 0730 pm due to late cleaning.

Our room would not cool. Despite the maintenance guy trying to fix it. Then, we woke up to horrific weed smell in the middle of the night. Still waiting for a call from from management.

Good afternoon, I had to make due with accomadation, my checkin wasn't welcoming at all, I had 2 events and had to make due, First and foremost There was not a balcony as stated, I'm not sure if it's Booking.com and the young lady was saying to different things, about switching us to the assistance property, none of it never happen, also at the time of check in they would still charge my card Because it was pass the time to reservation check in time, The check in lady looks like she wasn't having a goid weekend, so no need for that, The friends we came in with left for another property, beds. not clean, also staying there people was checking in coming back with issues, and leave for other hotels, I had to stay here due to someone dropping the ball,If I want on on with the young lady who check us in, we would have been arguing, and I really don't have time for that, It would have created more of a scene, but please Refund Me. I'm not sure if it was 3rd party Booking.com are they young lady that check us in, The rooms are not clean crumb on the floors,, smells like water mildew, one of the beds look used, you see house keeping ,I NEES A FULL REFUND, I'm not sure if they don't have enough staff,are was expecting much vistors, but water keep coming out on the floor on the bathroom, flap coming off in the shower, toilet extremely low, no bags for trash cans, no microwave, pool was filthy, I NEED A FULL REFUND This is not a bad hotel,but as for my it being a home away from, it was not and it wasn't pleasant. most of the stuff triedthere best I guess, This is my review...hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, all we need is a Little more kindness and compassion and this could have gone a different way......

Location
The roomI I stayed the lights were very dim. The bathroom wasn’t clean! The bathroom floor was dirty and the tub was filthy. I called the front desk to let them know. They said they would send someone to look at it but no one showed up. I called front desk again only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes!or more,I said forget it! and hung up. I took pictures of the filthy bathroom in room 315!!!!

I slept in every morning and didn't get to eat any of the breakfast meals.
The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet and I enjoyed my 4 night stay.
The shopping and the restaurants in a 20mile radius was very pleasing. We truly enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was gracious and helpful.

The commode itself was too low to the floor. Upgrades to a more standard height would be great.
Seniors, tall folks and aging adults could use that extra inch or two. The bathroom was very clean with a walk-in shower, and plenty of towels, soap, lotion, and toiletries. Not complaining about the Bathroom, itself but at my age one or two inches on the height of that commode would have made a huge difference.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, unfortunately.
I didn't like having to use the freight elevator. Also, I think more carts should be in the lobby for guests to use upon check-in and check-out. I think the room could use a microwave although the hallway microwave worked. The pool needed better maintenance. It was dirty however my children and I still got in.

I like that the staff was friendly and if we had problem or anything they handle the problem the bed was comfortable and i love the cookies they accommodated us with free breakfast for our troubles
We found gum in our bed we requested clean towels it took a long time and we had to go to event so we were late one of the dresser drawers had a broken handle you had to turn the handle to cold water for hot water and hot water for cold and it had strong odor of weed

I loved the staff bar maid kendra and the front desk girls were also very kind, i got there at 6 pm on the 21st .I was only disappointed that the swimming pool was not opened because of maintenance. I wanted to enjoy the pool, which is one of the reasons why I chose that hotel.My shower door would not close.But over all, it was ok.My first time there

The property has been renovated recently, to a good standard. The rooms are attractive and clean, the bathrooms functional and the beds comfortable. The tv was meh and the program content just ok. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good value.

The bed was comfy.
The elevators were not working on one side so i had to use the service elevator and keep walking through where the employees work. My shower was clogged. Didn’t get to take a shower the whole entire time, they wouldn’t just move me to another room with a working shower, kept trying to “fix” it. When I opted to check out early and get a refund for this , they wouldn’t refund me for the first night i actually stayed. I feel like this isn’t fair because I only stayed because I was told the night before to wait for the morning manager to get a new room. If i would have known it would’ve turned out like that the night before, I would have checked out earlier.

The plumbing in the bathroom ran all night long. The maintenance on Night Shift was unable to fix the toilet. Had to hear water run all night. Also had to use the hallway bathroom me and my family.
