loved the location and cleanliness

I tried calling numerous times before arrival trying to get help because my husband had a cooperation code to apply as a discount and could not get help. When we arrived I tried to get help from front desk person and he was no help. Got a text asking about my stay told them no response.

The property was beautiful. My family was so excited to stay at such a beautiful hotel with the location near the shops and restaurants.

We were at the Columbus Zoo all day and went to checkin during the check in hours, but our room was not ready. We were sweaty and tired from a long day at the zoo, so we wanted to change and rest a bit before dinner. The staff could not tell us when the room would be ready. There was nowhere to park in the parking lot, so my husband had to park in a parking deck. There were multiple weddings happening, so by the time I made it through the checkin line and was able to call my husband to say leave the luggage our room is not ready, he had already walked with my sons and the luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. Everyone was disappointed that the room was not ready. We waited for 20 minutes, then I made some phone calls to see when room would be available by that time it was an hour later and we just canceled. We live two hours away and decided to drive home. My children were disappointed because they were so excited to stay in a fancy hotel, but we would not have had the full experience because we didn’t even know when our room would become available.

Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very large hotel. Plenty of space for parking parking parking parking. Comfortable and warm rooms

The weather was very very hot and it rained a couple times. The concert crowd was very very large and we still enjoyed ourselves and would go again.

Good location was able to walk to legoland and able to get downtown in like 15 min

Too bad that getting drinks or food from the meal area took a long time, not staffed enough

The overall the staff was friendly and the decor was beautiful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The food in the cafe was delicious.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the room didn’t have a microwave.

It was very clean and comfortable the staff was very pleasant and it felt very comfortable. Parking was kind if a challenge but ended up ok. Love that its so close to everything

Parking challenges

We loved the location and vibe at this property. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

The pool got shut down the night we stayed which was the main reason we chose this location. They did give us a voucher for a place next door but it was closing in 10 minutes. Thankfully the pool was open the next morning and we did get to enjoy!
