We will be back.

The room had 2 comfy beds and the room and bathroom were very clean. I really like that the hotel is off the roadway and so the room is very quiet. We go to see our family once or twice a year and our grandchildren love the pool with the slide and the hot tub. There is an all night Tim Hortons, a convenience store and gas station beside the hotel.

I wish the complimentary breakfast was open longer. 9 am is to early for us. It would be nice if it was open to 10 am or 11 am. There was an odd smell when you came through the sliding doors.

Great place, especially for families/spouses/partners visiting their loved one working in the area

Very clean with great amenities. Breakfast was great with gluten free options. Staff very helpful and accommodating, they allowed both an early check in and late check out. Pool area was warm and clean. Appreciated the snacks we could charge to our room and the games available to play.

Upon arrival the room was very cold with the windows open (winter). The bed was very hard, couldn't get the heater in the bedroom to work or the jets on the jacuzzi tub. Told front desk staff in the morning and they said they would address it.

the hotel was clean smelt nice rooms were very clean and comfortable liked the plants made it feel very homy the pool and water slide was a blast we loved it we will go back again

Breakfast was good. My Granddaughters loved the pool and especially the slide.

We booked the room with 3 beds as there was 5 of us. Although it was advertised as 3 double beds, they don’t sleep 2 adults comfortably.

great hotel

nice property, friendly, and helpful staff, and the breakfast was fantastic!

we had a lot of issues with our key cards not working. The staff was understanding, and did their best to help us. They were in the process of updating the room keys, so it was somewhat out of their control.

Breakfast was great!

Traffic from Tim Hortons allll night. Plus we were put in a room right above an exit where people went to smoke so we heard and smelled that through the night as well. Front desk clerk could have been a bit more pleasant, we had been on the road for several hours and wasn't expecting having to "prove" we had a reservation.

Comfy bed and the pillows were wonderful, very nice pool and hot tub. I’ll stay again if I get the chance.

Started out poorly. Ended on a better note when house keeping was able to get the ac working.

Easy to locate.

Breakfast stops too early. Air conditioning did not work in our room. Hallways are not air conditioned.

The only thing I found was the room cards didn't work the greatest.

I'll be back.

Clean comfortable room. I also requested a room with just a shower and no tub. It was great. The housekeeping staff checked with us every morning about needing anything like clean towels etc. We were allowed to use the pool and had to sign in because of Civid and that made us feel safe. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

Love the games room.

Staff are awesome especially Patsy. The games room is really fun.

Door keys sometimes work and sometimes they don't. A little annoying but not the end of the world.
