Don't count on much customer service.

Clean, good location.

I specifically asked for a room with a chair other than the desk chair. I verified with the person at the counter, but when I got to the room, nothing but a desk chair, which was very uncomfortable. At checkout the next morning, I spoke with the manager, who was unreceptive and uninterested. This supports AIRBNB as a much more comfortable option. Hampton Inn also still shows mask requirements, which are not in force. I'll not stay at this one again.

Check for bugs!!

Hot tub, staff was nice, towels were thick

The beds were hard as boards, actually a sheet of plywood would been softer. First time going into the bathroom there was a COCKROACH climbing up the wall. Killed it, took it to the front desk and they put it in a paper bag. No offer to change rooms or a discount off the bill. Booking gave us a total of $136.00, at check in we got a different amount and at final check out the price went up again! Note..every total had all the taxes added to it.

This room was just what we needed while we were in town for a basketball tourney.

My wife loves biscuits and gravy. She thought those were excellent! Room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel stinks. Literally

The shower was ok. The maintenance guy was nice

Upon arrival nobody was at the desk. When she came back she stunk of cigarettes so apparently she was taking a smoke break. Got to the room and it stunk like dirty feet, the ac wasn't working the carpet was filthy, the vinyl tile was sticky and the bathroom sink was clogged. We had to leave for a graduation and I asked that those items to be addressed. When we returned the only change was that the ac was working. I called the desk and asked for something to spray the carpet with. He brought a can of febreeze and he himself smelled like he had been rolling in an ashtray. As a side note the stinking carpet thing must be pretty common as I saw a housekeeper wearing a holster with 2 cans of febreeze in it. My wife couldn't sleep because of the smell. Overall it is shameful the way this property is kept for price charged. Booking.com should be more discerning in the properties they are repping. This reflects directly on you as well. Do better, be better. We work hard for our money and expect what we pay for.

Noise level in hotel was great, but street noise was too much.

Didn’t take advantage of.

Seemed a little second rate in lobby. Personnel were nice, but didn’t look professional.

Location and staff were friendly

When we arrived at 415 the room was not ready. We had to leave and find an alternative place to change and get ready. When we got back to hotel at 930 the room was ready. The beds were not comfortable.

Exceptional

The staff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. Because this was a big football weekend for Mizzou, they had the lobby decorated, had an inflatable Miz football player, and a tailgate buffet when we arrived Friday evening. Room was great and very comfortable.

The inflated pricing because of it being a football weekend. Definitely not worth what we paid, but I understand the why.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was nicely updated and quiet. I liked the fact that the bed was firm enough to support my back, yet soft at the same time. The staff was friendly and accommodating

A breath if fresh air for my short trip helped me not to have to worry about unsafe location.

The pool hours, staff, and room.

The breakfast could have offered more and the pool is outdated and yellow colored on the bottom which was kind if unpleasant.
