won't be booking with Hilton in near future

Hilton could've been more understanding about trying to change dates, to following weekend. instead charged my card more than original price.

Staff that was on duty at check in needs to be replaced

Room was clean

They could not find our booking that was done through your site.. staff was very rude and took 30 minutes for her to consider figuring out what was going on.. when she finally did her job it only took a minute.. so she was rude denied us our room and was back and fourth for 30 minutes before she decided to look into it

Overall, we made this day the best we could, but definitely won’t bug here again if I ever visit Denver

Good location

I booked a king size bed room with a mountain view. When I got up to my room, there was no mountain view. Also, there was no king bed had a full size beds. When I spoke to the front desk told me that they switched the rooms around they overbooked felt that that was not OK. Should have been notified because I feel like I should have got what I paid for only thing they could do is don’t change me for parking ,was not able to get any money back spent almost $400 for this room was very disappointing for it to be the Hilton. I expect more! 12 dollars a day for parking $18 a person for breakfast just don’t make sense to me.

Comfortable beds

Floor was cleaned during our stay, said it would dry in 3-4 hours. Floor was still soaked after 10 hours, house keeping busted in our rooms while we were sleep scared us half to death. Just terrible

It was okay...

The location was nice

The elevators weren't working had to wait long periods of time. The pool wasn't working the while time we were there. They don't accept cash at all.

I like the staff

I didn’t like house keeper knock on the door at 9am like waking us up, I didn’t lie I ask what time was breakfast over they told me a time then I go down and it was over another time, they charge for parking like no other hotel around chargers.

How comfortable the room was

My stay was too short...lol...there was a problem with a construction truck blocking the drive by the front entrance my husband is disabled and in a great deal of pain he had to walk quite aways to get into the building...instead of being able to be dropped off at the main door...

My wife and I were put in a room with 2 single beds instead of one large bed. Did not like that.

Im sure charging has been brought up as an issue, For us, it was not. I would rather pay for prepared food then a buffet. food was great.

Exceptional

Tj and Cristina were very helpful and I will stay at this location instead of the Marriott across the street from now on when I come for work.

I thought the lunch and dinner food exceeded my expectations, however the breakfast food was a little bit too "cheap" compared to the quality of the other meals. The eggs felt powdered or fake, and the sausage was unappealing. I would suggest doing Ham over Sausage if possible because the bacon was too fatty.

Spacious beautiful lobby with seasonal decorations and 2 fireplaces. Buffet and also choose off menu. Pet friendly with easy access to outside. Friendly staff. Fully stocked bathroom. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows.
