Ok pour dépanner dans un tournoi, mais sans plus.

La tranquillité des lieux. Trajet facile en sortant de l'autoroute. Le WiFi était bon.. Le check out libre service.

C'était très mal.emtretenu, néon dans la sdb qui ne fonctionne pas, prises électriques défaillantes des fils électriques "raboutés" ensembles par du ruban adhésif électrique, des araignées et des toiles partout a l'intérieur comme dans le cadre de porte d'entrée. Un vieux bâtiment, déco désuète.(Je savais à quoi m'attendre en réservant. C'était tout ce qui restait d'abordable dans la ville lors du tournoi de soccer de notre fils, invité à la dernière minute!)

we would not stay or recommend this Hotel.

the first room given to us did not have clean sheets. The restaurant was closed. They need to change their information on the webpage.

Very comfortable, clean, noiseless and spacious.

Too bad breakfats was not available but we understand because of labour shortage and covid. The employee had no idea where we could have breakfast.

That there were 2 entrances and the tv worked

When we walked in the person at the front desk seemed afraid of us. The hallway was dark and dingy. We felt very uncomfortable walking down the hallway. One of the beds was broken and the other bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom doors bottom was coming apart. The room smelled musty. Some of the wallpaper in the room was off. One of the chairs in the room was old and broken. The shower never stayed the same temperature. The area of the hotel was questionable and didn't feel safe walking out of the room at night. One night we had the police knock at our door.

The room was ok but the hotel was in bad state. Carpets very dirty. Emergency door hanging by the hinges...

The shower and the bed were ok.

The hotel owner (the person in charge at the reception) doesn't speak English neither French, which is unacceptable in Quebec. Zero communication!

I'll never stay there again.

I couldn't eat breakfast offerings as I'm gluten-free, was hoping there'd be oatmeal offered, and some fresh fruit. The night front desk manager was nice and kind. The bed was comfortable and supportive, and although the room and furnishings look tired and worn, the room was clean and everything worked. I did find it odd that the sink countertop was warped and bumpy.

I didn't like being awakened at 4:30 a.m. from a customer placed next door to me who was carrying on moaning and sounding like he was in anguish for about 10 min. The moaning and crying out resumed a half hour later. Found out he was brought to this hotel by police, and the same police came when I called for police to help. Police were no help at all, spewing off a customer's privacy rights at the expense of my sleep! The night mgr said that the police don't care about the noise disturbances made, nor do the owners of the hotel. I have disputed my hotel charges with my Visa card company since the hotel is not interested in contacting me nor willing to refund me one night's fee for horrific disturbance by another customer. Nor could that customer be evicted.
