beautiful location

The perfect location to be able to explore Victoria. Everything is within walking distance. The neighborhood is filled with beautiful character homes including the Emily Carr house and the location is quiet. The suites have a full kitchen if you want to be able to prepare your own meals and there are patios and a fenced backyard if you want to sit outside.

Quiet neighborhood. The parking was convenient.Staff attended to our needs fairly quickly.

The roll-away bed that I requested several days before arriving was not in the suite. We had to ask for it and then only a mattress was provided to place on the floor. There was not sufficient linen for us, sheets, pillows, blankets. I had to ask for these. The staff apologized and brought the necessary items.

The space was wonderful for cooking and far more spacious than expected

The main bed and fold out bed were not comfortable. We did not get a restful night however we did not communicate with the host to try to fix this. For the price it was good enough

Very nice suite in an old character house. The location is very convenient to downtown and self check-in was a bonus!

Nice part of town, quiet location.

Suite was quite musty when we got ther, probably due to windows being closed and heat on. After we aired it out was fine. Unit was underwhelming, not what we expected considering the high price. decorated in garage sale hodgepoge, no real decorating. Has potential but as is looks like your Mom's kitchen from the 50's without her touches. Could be quite charming with some work. Yard very unkempt and in bad need of a gardner. TV incomprehensible, even for a Techy like me, finding just a network news channel required a degree in physics. Not the romantic get away we expected considering the high price, nice hotels available in the area for less. It's saving grace was it was clean. Heat (electric) worked fine, lots of hot water.

I think the fridge is on its way out. The compressor went on (loudly) every 20 minutes. We had a race the next day so kind of had a poor sleep.

Location was great.

The sofa bed was suitable for only one person and not comfy. The quilt for the couch was stained and unable to use. The toilet paper rolls were extremely small and we requested more on the Monday evening and did not receive a response.

The location & that it is a self-catering unit.

That there was not a single comfortable chair or seat in either of the rooms. The soundproofing could be better. We could hear the people in the suite next door despite them using normal tone of voice.

The place was spacious, comfortable and provided all utensils required to prepare meals, coffee and work during the day. It was a pleasant stay.

We stayed in suite 3. The bathtub is a bit slippery and each of us almost had a fall at different times. We liked the place and decided to stay extra nights. A very pleasant hostess took our call and advised us that one extra night was available and not two. We booked the extra night and started looking for other accommodations. Later in the day we realized that we did not have coffee for the extra day, since our original stay was only for 2 nights. We called the office again and one lady told us: "we do not have the capacity to bring you coffee". Yet she had the capacity to charge us for another night. It is a small detail but it matters.

Loved the whole set up and yard access location dog friendly the 2 rooms and old architecture. Wonderful place and I'd definitely go back again. Thank you

There was alot of hair in the shower on the wall when i checked in so that was missed other then that it was clean .
