Our stay was fairly comfortable and was quite worth the cost.

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant does not open prior to 9am so that was a concern for us. We were leaving before that time and wanted to have breakfast before. The dining crew went above and beyond to provide a breakfast for us at 8am to see us on out way. Excellent.

The hours of the restaurant were not the best. The last time we stayed at the South Hill Lodge, opening time was 7:30am. Perhaps there is difficulty attracting staff. Anyway, as mentioned above, they still accommodated our schedule. Thanks. One other thing: the hotel staff were good as well. There were a few things amiss in the room when we checked in but they dealt with them in a timely way. Kudos to all the staff.

We had to buy bleach to clean bathroom beer can left in room Kleenex under bed skirt. Carpet filthy smoke alarm covered with plastic.needs a lot of cosmetic hole in bathroom ceiling and stained the sink smelt like sewage not good

worst place I have ever stayed, should of spent a little more and stayed somewhere else

everything the place is just as dirty outside as it is inside. food and trash littered the hall ways to the rooms. the whole place smells of cannabis. rooms are crappy, beds where dirty, bath did not drain.

The connected bar and VLT attracts many drunk patrons; bathroom was very run down and needs updating. smoky smell in hallways.

location, lots of shopping and lots to choose for food

rooms were not cleaned, carpet not vacuumed, floors not mopped, bar fights outside, people running up and down the hall yelling after quiet time security didn’t step in and stop the noise, sink was cracked, tub was leaking, toilet didn’t flush great, bedding had holes in it, window didn’t seal, curtains were see through, could hear everyone talking in the halls and outside there was no sound barrier, rooms had a dirty and musty smell, way over priced for the quality, could not get receipts. halls were dirty, did not feel safe outside of my room or my kids didn’t feel safe, not family friendly, was waiting for bugs, rats and mice to run through the rooms and halls it was that dirty. overheard the cleaning lady come from the bar with a drink in her hand stating “ this should get me through some of the day” not sure exactly what was in her cup at about 10:00 am when I was checking out. continental breakfast was okay, was quick, had to ask for extra coffee and condiments, very deep fried, not gluten free friendly at all contemplated sleeping in the vehicle it was that disgusting and taking the loss of the night in the hotel, didn’t take pictures as it was so disgusting and wasn’t planning on staying there ever again. room 208

it was dirty. bedding was dirty. floor was filthy. tape was on outlets. wiring was unprotected on the electric heater. floor was heaved so bad the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly.

I rented a room with wheelchair accessible bathroom but did not get a wheelchair accessible bathroom so I could not use the toilet or shower. the bedding was covered with someone’s bodily fluids all over the cover. it was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen in my life.

I rented a sauna for the night

no temperature control in room. Temperature of the room was 80 plus degrees. window was sealed with ‘duct tape’ and secured closed with a locking bar a screws to hold in place so I couldn’t be opened.

Will Never Step Foot in that Hotel Again and was very disappointed with Ramada to have such poor standards

room/bedding and bed stunk like cigarette smoke, blood on the baseboards, shower had over 20 long black hairs on the walls and curtain, living room curtains falling off the rod, carpets were grouse, shower knob broken and was sharp to touch,garbage behind the TV, people outside begging for money and cigarettes, carpets in the stairwell look like they have Never been vacuumed or cleaned ... the parking lot was cleaner
