We were there to visit family and it was a great base camp to get to everyone and comfortable.

Breakfast was good. It had hot and cold options. There were muffins, waffles, bread, bagels, yogert, eggs varied daily, most days offered sausaseges and one day bacon. Plenty to fill you up for your day. Oh and fruit too.

I wanted more protein options. I'm diabetic. But I made due and took extra medication and just enjoyed the fun of it.

Nice location, friendly staff, would stay again

The staff at the front desk were outstanding and very attentive!

No exhaust fan in the bathroom made for a very steamy room, and nothing would dry.

I appreciated the clean atmosphere and courteous service.

We loved our bathroom- updated and so clean and we loved your pool! Breakfast was delicious. Our check-in attendant was so helpful and polite!

huge disappointment to pay this much & nearly have trip timing turn into complete disaster

hmmmm. the amenities were consistent with the rest of the chain

couldn’t check in until 4:30pm(check in is SUPPOSED TO BE 3:00) there seemed to be a lot of lint, or other substances on floor & bed

Frustration station

Rooms were acceptable. No weird smells or anything.

After arriving 2 hours after posted check in time we had to wait in the cold lobby for 50 mins for our rooms to be cleaned. The front desk woman said there was no mgr there for the whole weekend. She was unprofessional and seemed frazzled. Others were waiting as well. You have to take the elevator down to get to a 1 person bathroom which was strange. The lobby furniture needs to be replaced and CLEARLY they need more staff! We had somewhere to be and this experience threw a wrench in our plans. I don’t think I would stay here again.

No microwave in the room. Signs said pool/spa but there was no spa (hot tub).

Disappointing

Location was perfect and was close to places we needed to go.

Non-smoking rule REALLY needs to be enforced! Second night my room smelled of Marijuana coming from the hallway.

The location was great! Close to everything

The garbage outside by the front door was overflowing with trash! The floors were dirty when walking in! The hallways needed to be vacuumed! The breakfast wasn’t very good! Out of many things! All of the tables were dirty and sticky! The windows were filthy! Very outdated compared to many other Hampton inns
