Friendly staff The staff dealt with a lot this past weekend they don’t get paid enough to deal with complaints on a managerial level. No manager available during the whole stay to handle customer complaints

No working elevator for 2-3 days Main hallway on the 8th floor hot Condensation on walls, doors, windows Leaking ceilings False alarms for 2 days Sunday/Monday non stop I was charged for breakfast and my reservation states complimentary

it was okay except the whole alarm thing that didn’t let people have a good sleep.

the alarm kept ringing which was a huge disturbance. I think the hotel should reimburse that day’s money to all the people who faced inconvenience since morning 6:30am until they checked out.

Locatie van het hotel ten opzichte van Galleria is super. Met max. 10 minuten wandelen ben je er. Verder veel met de taxi. Kamers zijn netjes, groot en van de meeste gemakken voorzien. Jammer genoeg was de airco niet echt lekker af te stellen dus het was of heel hard aan of uit. Ontbijt is goed en redelijk goedkoop (17 USD) alleen bestaat het beleg uit jam of pindakaas. Iets meer keuzes uit vleeswaren was prettig geweest. Personeel is super vriendelijk, meedenken en erg gastvrij.

Keuze bij het ontbijt qua mogelijkheden. Verder geen echte opmerkingen van zaken die ons tegen vielen. Afhankelijk van wat je zoekt is de locatie niet echt optimaal want er zit niet heel veel in de nabijheid.

Erg netjes. Modern. Schoon.

Betaling met contant geld is niet mogelijk. Niet meedenken met je klant = klantonvriendelijk.

الموقع قريب من المول وبعض أماكن التسوق كما أن الموظفون متعاونيين ولطفاء للغاية

I loved how amazing the front desk worker was. He was so kind, and did all that he could to allow us to have the best time. I wish I remembered his name, but he was amazing.

The one thing that bothered me, was the parking, but it was fine, nothing really to complain about!
