Not worth the price, it's a smoking hotel

Nice big new shower

The whole building smells like smoke and cigarettes. Got a non smoking and it felt like sitting in a smoke room. People yelling all night long, did not make a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are new and showers are wonderful. Price is way too high for the quality you get.

I was please overall with my stay.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge, which was a nice perk.

Though I was in a non-smoking room, the hallway and stairwell smelt of cigarette smoke.

The worst hotel I have visited so far

we parked in the back with a huge pile of old furniture and mattresses. There a few drunk men who were sleeping around the furniture. the hotel outside is always open and the smoking area filled the whole hotel with smoke. my wife was afraid to stay there, so when I tried to get a refund, I didn’t and lost $74

Good deal for the money

Good water pressure and nice new bathroom hot water was excellent

Pillows in the room we stayed need to be updated they were flat and out of shape.

Cheap building , cheap price - not safe location - spend the money - stay right off highway - better

Lady at counter was nice but that didn't save this rating. skip this place.

Place is an old dump - lipstick on a pig I like to call it. I should have figured when at $54 but booked quickly on phone and it was 4 miles off exit. Do yourself a favor spend the $100 on the newly built ones off exit. This place had people hanging outside that well let's put it this way - I napped 1 hour - used toilet and showered and left - drove 20 hrs that day felt much safer then staying at this place that some photos can't save. You can hear through the walls and certain odor in foyer/ lobby. Lady at counter was nice but that didn't save this rating.

The Savage Inn

I love the glass like walls and the bathrooms are gorgeous 😍 I like how nice the staff are and they are very helpful and on point with their work....I like how they took effort into making sure I had a nice clean comfortable room and lol they made it known the are one call away....wasn't what I expected the outside of the building and halls to look like like but the rooms got me....I'll be back for another weekend stay.

The fact that people treat the place like it's the projects because it's an extended stay to be honest with you..and didn't do their part to help keep outsiders (me..I drove from almost two hours away) coming back..

Would stay again, with a few adjustments.

Quick easy check in by friendly staff. Room was clean, shower was fantastic with lots of hot water & great pressure. Also new plumbing fixtures. Bed was good. A bit too soft but I slept well with a few disturbances

It was a no smoking room that had been smoked in. Not a big deal to me but other would take issue. The room promised a tub, but it was only a shower. A guest had let their car alarm go for a bit at 3:30 am.. not the hotels fault but I didn’t appreciate the sound of a metal extension ladder being set up outside my window at 7 am.. Easter morning. I can only imagine there was an urgent repair that needed immediate attention. Otherwise, I’d stay here again.

The room isn't that big but it's not a suite so what are you to expect, no dislikes over here.

A great experience!

Everything from the time we walked in the door. The hospitality was amazing. Our check-in was last minute because we were staying somewhere else and had the worst experience. We walked into America's Express Inn and they made us feel very welcomed and at ease. You can not go wrong with this place. And their location to where we were visiting was perfect! We even ran into one of the housekeepers and he was very friendly and respectful as well.
