Very good option if you’re traveling by bus or train

Very nice property and very close to the train station.

Our thermostat didn’t work and initially it was too cold and later became a bit too warm.

Great time

staff was always welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very comfortable. Location was very close to the conference center.

Furniture was just too big for the space. - Instead of the huge dresser and desk we would've loved a second luggage stand and some additional floor space.

Good I’ve stayed here 2 times and both were good experiences

The price for parking, I feel like it should be a one time fee not every night! The staff didn’t give me time to correct my reservation he corrected it and didn’t communicate! My cousin ended up sharing my room with me instead of getting her own so I originally didn’t need parking until we discussed she was going to stay in my room so when I called to correct my information someone had already did it! I only didn’t like that because of the assumption that was made! What if she was just visiting and he decided to just add that onto my room but she didn’t stay? And then didn’t communicate anything with me!

Plan to stay again at the property as soon as I can return to Milwaukee

Stayed the night to see Herbie Hancock at the Pabst theater. The room was very comfortable and breakfast very good. All service personnel were excellent.

very good overall

Great check in and very clean rooms. Also Antonio was extra friendly, funny and offered some service recovery for some items from the small gift shop for an earlier miscommunication. Breakfast buffet was excellent and all staff were very welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was ready at 3:00 and met our needs.

We came to watch a Bucks basketball game. We were able to walk to the game. Places near by to gather family together. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. All of the staff were friendly, polite and helpful!

We unfortunately had our rooms facing a loud busy street. Room was very clean but smelled quite musty by the door and bathroom.

Location was good. Staff was very nice and the warm cookies was awesome and the bottles of water was thoughtful. They were very accommodating to us being on motorcycles and parked us all together and right inside the garage.

Comfortable, convenient and friendly hotel

The location was ideal for the Harley-Davidson Museum in one direction and the waterfront in the other and all other points of interest. Everything was within walking distance. The king size bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have had anywhere. The room was a good size and had a fridge, microwave and a safe which are 3 very useful items for us. The staff were friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing each day.

The view was disappointing and the decor is old fashioned. The hotel would benefit from an update but it was clean and well maintained. The corridors by the rooms were too cold. Hilton could save some money by turning up the temperature slightly and maybe using the money to redecorate

The hotel was clean, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

It was a short 10-15 minute walk to the Fiserv Forum for a Milwaukee Bucks game.

The parking, if you park in the ramp outside of the hotel, you can’t use an elevator or staircase, you have to walk up the ramp as cars drive through.
