Makes do in a pinch.

Comfortable beds! Good pillows, and designated parking, good location. Loved the little balcony for air! Allowed a late check-out that I appreciated.

No elevator. No office, hard to find staff. I would've appreciated a cleaner space, especially beside bed and in bathroom. (Hair, dirt etc). Electrical Sockets on wall SUPER loose, couldn't keep chargers or CPAP machine plugged in. (Used a matchbook to shove in there)

despite its many good points, there are many negatives also so we wouldn’t return

location, friendly staff, view from our room, comfortable bed, clean, large mini fridge, price

the very steep stairs, dingy hallways, old carpet in room, dated tub, tub surround walls and caulking

Lovely location, friendly staff.

Could have done with a walk in shower instead of over a bath, but that's because my 89 year old mother in law struggled to use it

Pleasantly surprised and positive stay

For the price, it’s a great value & it is clean. Also, it’s located directly across Harrison Lake, so the view is magnificent. Further, the staff were very professional and courteous.

Lower quality bath products, like the soaps and shampoo (made in China)

Very clean, great view on the lake. Comfortable bed.

Music from restaurant downstairs can be heard in the room upstairs. I hope they fix that (Just turn it down, I doubt anyone enjoys dentist waiting room tunes during breakfast anyway)

Happy little family spot!

Manager Jas, was pleasant and lovely! She went out of her way to let us check in earlier than 3, she had the room ready for 2pm and then aloud us to leave the next morning at 12 with no charges so we could go to the public mineral pool for family day! We would stay there again for sure. Sweet friendly and accommodating:)

It’s an old motel, just needs a bit of updating, but we are no fuss kind of people location and free parking and friendly staff made it great!

Cheap, comfortable but rough.

The property was in a central location. The beds were comfortable. The property was clean in the room.

There was no reception. Being an international guest, we needed to ask a stranger to use their phone to call the number taped to the front door. Furniture was old and dated. Common areas old. Steep stairs to hotel room which is not good for international guests lugging 23kg bags.

Great location with lovely views from the balcony. Room was spacious and comfortable if a little dated.

Strange check in procedure having to call staff to inform of arrival to be greeted/given room key but they were very friendly. Downstairs restaurant not open.

All staff too busy to do their job?

The bed was comfy enough and room was ok aside from the weird smell throughout hotel.

Very poor customer service, ran into a problem and tried to contact customer service to sort it out and weeks later I haven't had one response.

We knew it was basic, no frills hotel. Was happy with our stay and room was spacious and quiet.

Location is awesome. Its on the main strip and the room had great Lake view plus with a small deck to sit out and watch whatever was happening on the lake or on the street below. Free parking

Check in have to call phone number posted on door. There is no visible staff and no real check in area. The dresser and side tables were dusty could do better job cleaning.

Across the street from the lovely beach. This hotel is dated but is very comfortable, good location, clean. I would use again.

Won t stay there again

There was no breakfast but the location is good

The outside of the building is so dirty doesn’t look like a hotel the lobby is so dirty I almost consel my stay unfortunately can’t get my money back

NEVER EVER STAY HERE

Dirty room and fridge, electricity cut off 5x I checked out at 9pm on the same day I checked in (I reserved for 2 days)

Whois not recommend it even to an enemy!

Everything else, horrible service, not clean, very run down place, poor facilities,. Our electricity was cut off one evening, not sure on purpose or not, but we had to change the hotel! it was that impossible to stay there. Stuff was totally unsupportive and not helpful at all. we have never stayed in such an unwelcoming place before. very disappointing this property is on Booking. com. Now waiting for the refund, hope to get it soon.

Won't try again

The location is good, the staff are nice.

Most facilities are old and lack of maintain so that made troubles to us. Such as the air-condition and lights automatically turn off, sinks a little bit clogging. Coffee machine are not clean.
