only stayed one night after a visit to emergency for a kidney stone. Had a nice drug induced sleep.

As we didn't spend much time in the room I can't really say anything much. Satisfactory.

Liked the cleanliness of the room and the grounds.

The shower isn't hooked up in our room so couldn't use it. Had to bath which wasn't easy or convenient.

Hidden gem in historic town

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The motel is the historic townsite of Powell River, constructed in the early 1910s. Walk around! The hosts were pleasant, the property well-maintained. There was no breakfast, but, I believe, all the rooms had a kitchenette, so I ate my own breakfast there. I would recommend this motel to anyone who happens to be in Powell River!

There was truly nothing that I did not like. Cleanliness, comfort, and noise levels were all great.

This place is fantastic. I’ve stayed here numerous times throughout the Spring and Summer. It’s always very clean and the staff are wonderful. If you need a clean, comfortable and inexpensive place, this is it.

Unfortunately you can hear people outside very easily. So if you have neighbours sitting outside their room you’re going to hear everything - and it’s a busy place. This didn’t happen every time I was there, but it’s not great when it does. It’s the only downside - otherwise it’s amazing.

Location - very central and easy to find. It was quiet and the room was a good size.

The dishes were not cleaned very well. Grease on pots and the glasses needed to be rewashed before using.

Very comfortable and excellent location and the view from the lawn chairs outside and chairs on the walkway by the rooms with the wind break

No blow dryer in the bathroom as I didn’t bring one.

Was clean and very bright. Good view and had chairs to use to sit outside. Staff were very friendly

Clean, comfortable and amazing value.

Accommodation exceeded expectations from when we booked. Price was excellent for the quality of accommodation.. Room was clean, nicely decorated and really comfortable, slept really well. View from room was incredible! It was a sunny day which helped too. Staff friendly, very efficient and accommodated our very late check in (from the last ferry in to Saltry Bay). Would recommend and will be back!
