It was fine, not amazing

Location and restaurant

Beds are too soft, and toilets are very low

Not impressed

Stayed before it was okay. Older hotel but looked clean.

Stayed a second time. Found bedbugs in our bed. Told the staff after we got a refund and left. They didn’t even mention it to others checking in.

Very judgemental rude t

Honestly I found all 3 members I dealt with to be rude and defensive and spoke to me like I was less than a regular human. I was even locked out at one point. The same staff seen me leave for a smoke, choose to lock the front doors behind me then when I came to the door ask what room I was more than once like I didn't belong there. And that's exactly how I felt, like I didn't belong there, even the cleaning staff gives dirty looks and is not friendly. The room was really clean but everyone that works there looks miserable and is unkind.

The entire booking. I won't be back. And I don't think other people will enjoy their time here either. Staff is ALL RUDE.

I would still stay here only get a room that is good

The hotel and area is good. The room had no wall lights that worked by the beds. The thermostat didn’t control the temp. it was 24 all night.

Superb

Breakfast was real good, very good service.

Room is starting to show it's age. Flooring, wall paper could use an update. Since this was a winter trip and we were on the top floor it took a very long time to get any hot water. That being said, the room was worth the money, location was perfect for us and the food was very good in the restaurant. Staff very friendly. Will return.

Clean rooms , great restaurant in the same building

The room was clean , the restaurant food was good and great service !!

The bed was noisy, as well as the sheets ..towels were a bit hard on the skin

For an older hotel it was very clean but not having hot water in the morning was a real turn off.

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly

There was no hot water for shower and the pillows were very lumpy and not nice

The location was close to our event

They locked the entryway & told us we couldn't have visitors after 11 (this was NOT mentioned when we checked in). Several of our friends had gotten ready for the event in our room and left their belongings in the room.

nice for the jacuzzi and fire place otherwise I would pass.

enjoyed the jacuzzi in room and the fire place

pillows are ridiculously uncomfortable. not a single soft one. they were all 6 inches thick and super hard. also have signs in room on how to connect Netflix to the tv but it doesn’t work. when you call the tech support number you will be told that they are no longer partners with the property. that was a disappointment as well.

Pleasant

The room was clean and well decorated as requested. The jacuzzi was nice and big lots of room for 2 people.

The tv wasn’t working properly. Channel guide was fuzzy and didn’t match channels and the remote didn’t work properly. Bed was alright but not the best.
