Meilleur endroit à Granby à date.

C'est jusqu'à maintenant le meilleur endroit où j'ai séjourné à Granby cet été.

Toutefois, je ne peux savoir ce qui s'est passé, mais entre le moment de ma réservation sur Booking.com et mon séjour (moins de deux semaines), le déjeuné inclus à disparu et aucun moyen de le prouver. C'était pourtant une des raisons qui m'avait fait choisir cet hôtel, et ça semblait être dans le standard avec leur compétiteur direct. Ceci m'a créé des problèmes avec mes jeunes enfants, mais je ne peux blâmer personne en tant que tel. Au moins la confusion semble réglée sur booking.com.

Great location

Location's perfect! Two days trip of Zoo de Granby. The hotel just 10min drive from/to the zoo which is super convenient. A lot of restaurant close by within walk distance, also a Walmart behind the building.

The room is a bit tiny, but still comfortable and clean. Worth the money.

Great place for kids, after the zoo.

Close to the zoo, nice outdoor space and nice to have a balcony after kids went to bed.

It a nice and clean hotel.

The room was clean and spacious enough for us. we were out must of the time we were there, I did not have the chance to eat at the restaurant and use the pool for example. I cannot talk about the food but the place look nice and the pool looks clean. Otherwise it was a good experience, the staff was very courteous.

I was expecting room service, like someone to make the bed and fix the room, but I did not have that.

That we were not told about the specials re breakfast & senior prizes. Didn’t not get the ground floor room Requested for seniors & our 10 yr old grandson on the autism spectrum.

Great for a good night's sleep.

We slept very deeply and were not woken up by any noise or light.

I guess it was too early in the year for the pool to be opened. And the amusement centre didn't look like it was designed for young children. The grey walls felt depressing.
