A éviter car sale et bruyant en fonction du passage des véhicules.

Quasiment rien. la tv est moderne et fonctionne bien, les chalets sont bien situés dans le village.

Aucun contact avec les personnes qui s' occupent des chalets: juste un plan du site et de notre numéro de studio nous attendaient dans une enveloppe. Ce n'est pas grave mais nous n avons vu personne en 3 jours. Le studio était sale (en particulier le frigo et le mini four electrique ). Les draps étaient froissés sans équivoque! la table pleine d auréoles grasses, 1 torchon usagé avec des vieilles auréoles dans la kitchenette, pas de bouilloire électrique. La vaisselle avait ete rangee toute mouillée dans le placard.Tout est basique, et minimaliste. Il y a un pommeau de douche au dessus de la baignoire mais pas de douchette. Un boitier avec un gel douche qui est distribue a dose homéopathique et j arrete la..... L insonorisation n est guère mieux. Les personnes à l étage au dessus nous font partager leur vie et le plancher craque. à tout va. Dehors des quad (3) passaient et repassaient sur le chemin. Le studio donne sur le parking, il est sombre et n est pas présenté sur les photos. C 'est décevant et honteux. Les photos publiées ne reflètent pas la réalité. C' est cher pour ce que c est.mais c est surtout le manque d hygiène qui est rédhibitoire. C est la 1ere fois que nous mettons cette note. Nous avons retiré les draps et nettoyé au mieux le studio avant de partir en pensant aux prochains locataires.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien. Mal insonorisé (nous entendions le voisin de droite ronfler toute la nuit) et le chien du voisin de gauche a aboyer toute la soirée hier. Et pour la vue les arbres nous empêchaient de voir l’eau

Très bon emplacement près de la Marina et bon confort pour ce condi que nous recommandons .

On a aimé : L’emplacement, la kitchenette bien équipée, le lit très confortable , la vue (on a eu de la chance avec vue sur un petit bout du fjord), la propreté .

Emplacement et la vue

Le condo n'était pas du tout propre ce qui nous a laissé un goût amère sur notre séjour, nous enlevant le goût d'y retourner ! Manque de débarbouillettes, pourtant nous avions mentionné le nombre de personnes. Serviettes pour se laver sales. Lit d'appoint (divan), pour lequel on avait averti de l'utilisation, était dégueulasse. Beaucoup de mousses, de poils de cheveux. Finalement, on ne l'a pas utilisé et mon fils a dormi autrement. Les oreillers supplémentaires étaient remplies de poils et de cheveux. La vaisselle était très mal lavée (traces de bouche sur les verres, plein de graines dans les assiettes). La douche fonctionnait mal, l'eau restait dans le fond, le jet ne fonctionnait pas bien. La toilette était mal lavée de l'extérieur ainsi que le bain. Pas de détecteur de monoxyde de carbone malgré le foyer au bois (normalement recommandé). Les poignées d'armoire et du réfrigérateur étaient collantes (sales).

Very uncomfortable stay.

Such a cute condo.

Toilet didn’t work on arrival on a Sunday night, with no help available and no other facilities nearby. Staff knew there would be no water all the next day due to road construction, but failed to let us know. If we had known, we would have showered before the 8 am turnoff, instead of at 6 pm after the brown water cleared on its return.

Great location, Nice efficiency room.

No real view. Tree growth is obstructing most of the views. There are some upper units that look like they would have views. It appears management is aware and fill the units with the best views first.

Communication was great! We got detailed check in information before arrival. Nice view. Beautiful surroundings! Clean unit, gorgeous and very convenient! You could take boat tour right from there.

Stove broken, pool not working, sink and bath clogging, insect netting on balcony door ripped off on bottom, light shade ripped. No basic amenities, e.g. sugar for coffee. Overall rundown.

mediocre at best.

it was within walking distance to a lot of shops, food, and activities.

the pool and jacuzzi were closed without explanation. the bedding was dirty and had old blood stains on it so we couldn’t use them and when we tried to contact front desk, it was impossible. the washer worked by the drier ate our coins and did not turn on

it was a great find, not crowded and beautiful scenery with activities very close by.

close proximity to facilities, beautiful natural surroundings, ability to sit at table on porch. Unit was nicely set up.

couldn't turn off the outdoor porch light--made it harder to sleep. Blinds were missing a panel. Need for a flyswatter--we were there when the blackflies were active.

Excellent view of the fjord but some issues to tackle

Huge place with a breathtaking view of the fjord. As it was the beginning of the season we were provided with a bigger place than we initially asked, there were 2 bedrooms. The bathroom was big and really functional. The whole place was freshly renovated and nicely decorated. There was even a kettle which is quite rare for Canadian hotels.

It felt like it was the very beginning of the season, many things were not ready, for example: - Wifi did not work and it was a real issue for us as we did not have any mobile data, - Table and chairs for the balcony were provided just before our departure, so we could not enjoy the sunset on the fjord, - Swimming pool and jacuzzi didn't work.

The accessibility to the main activities of l’anse saint jean are great because of the magnificent location of the chalets sur le fjord. This place also provide you with everything you need.
