Reasonable stay in Brossard

Room was clean. Staff were professional and polite. Close to the Bell Centre about a 15-20 minute drive.

I should have asked for more pillows and towels.

The room smelled foul. Cigarette burns in the bed spread. Smells of cigarette smoke in room although it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. We entered the room and left within 3 minutes after arrival and went and found another motel.

The price was nice, but the room was not clean and came with a litany of problems.

The staff was quite nice, from housekeeping to reception. The room was comfortable enough and generally OK for the price.

The floors were dirty throughout our stay. There were ants in the room. You can hear people walking around upstairs and coming down the stairs (and it's loud). The fridge was barely functional. Our room in particular did not have blackout curtains. We had to replace our key card thrice because it demagnetized.

Great stay for good pricing, overall would go here again easily

It was tranquil, not much noise, really peaceful, allowed for a extension without paying, the man was really nice

Fridge wasn’t working, so our food spoiled, facilities and amenities could’ve been better, but for the price you can’t expect too much, and the shower hopefully they add a stand in someday

Economical Rezz with a chance of either way!

Just like a motel feeling. Not too bad not too great. Average.

Nice to have a jacuzzi but the roof right above the jacuzzi was leaking so probably someone upstairs was using jacuzzi and it started leaking most probably. Got a non smoking room but still people were smoking outside our zone. And room had a funny odor which won't go.

Relatively cheap, but worse than expected

Facilities in the room, a warm heater, quick WiFi, a late arrival is possible.

Very old furniture (but I'm OK with that), a very dirty room (hairs in the bed, dust in the dresser, dirty carpet and bed cover), a busy noisy road is very close.

Overall a good stay.

The blinds for the rear window didn't cover the window properly. This allowed anyone outside to look in and see me in my bed.
