Великолепно

Хозяйка Тамара-приветливая и очень доброжелательная.Номер соответствовал нашим ожиданиям,даже неожиданно для нас,через несколько дней проживания,Тамара предложила нам переехать в номер с видом на море.Полотенца меняли каждый день,и убирались тоже.Расположение номера нам понравилось,потому что совсем рядом находится автовокзал,с которого мы каждый день уезжали путешествовать по Которскому заливу,а так же рядом аэропорт,до которого в день отъезда мы дошли пешком за 20 минут.

מיקום טוב של הבית,קרוב לשדה תעופה מקום רק לישון ולנסוע

בית וחדרים מאוד ישנים ריהוט ישן מאוד, הרגשה לא נעימה. חדר מחולק ל2 יחידות כשאשר בחדר שינה אין מזגן בכלל בחום של יולי זה היה בילתי נסבל, מזגן בחדר סמוך קטן וישן ביותר,טלויזיה שעדיין עובדת בשיטת שנות ה90 ,עם הפרעות רשת :))) רצינו לברוח וכמה שמהר..

Excellent stay!

Clean, cozy room with balcony! The property is located in a walking distance not only from the bus station and Tivat Airport, but also town centre/seaside! Pleasant reception. Highly recommended!

I will try to summarize in a few rows the incredible experience at Tamara's place. Location - Very good The Apartments are located in a quiet area situated 15-min walk from the center of Tivat. Per se, Tivat has not many things to offer, but it can be very interesting at night being one of the most luxurious places in Montenegro. However, you can easily move from there by renting a scooter (I would not suggest a car as streets are too crowded, and you would risk losing so much time) Room - Amazing The rooms are more or less 15-18 square meters, but you will basically find all the necessary inside, such as a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, private bathroom with shower, nice balcony, and a comfy bed of course. Each room is equipped with a good wifi connection and air conditioning system. Last but not least, rooms are cleaned every day. Tamara - A great person Tamara, the owner of the place, is an amazing woman. Anything you may need, she will always be there for you. I can confirm that she does her job with passion and real care for her guests. She speaks russian, serbian, english and german. She allowed us to park our scooter in a dedicated space. She was always available for any kind of request. I have nothing else to add to this magnificent person. In the end? If you are looking for a quiet place in a cozy/modern environment at an affordable price, Tamara's place is your place. I would not recommend it in case you don't like walking since, as said, there is a small distance to cover to reach the nearest center (Tivat). Thank you Tamara. It was so nice meeting you! Great stay with fabulous hosts!

Excellent value for money, spacious place. We crossed the border from Croatia to Montenegro, which resulted in significant delays, and the hosts were still so accommodating in checking us in, despite arriving close to midnight.

No AC in the room, but it's available in the living room and if you leave the room door open with the AC on, it will cool down quite quickly.

Superb

I was here in December. I enjoyed it a lot! The supermarket is not far. It is coisy, comfortable, and a very nice place. It takes 25 minutes to porte Montenegro, but I I love to walk. For me it was a peaceful place with lovely sunsets. But it is not a season:) The bus station is nearby, you can go to Budva or Kotor easy. Airport is not far too.

Very helpful host! Room was clean and cozy. I was there in November, and even in cold weather it was warm in the room thanks to air conditioner. Warm duvet for November nights. Good view of the mountains and the sea. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, electric stove, and cookware. Big grocery store and a bus station nearby. 15 minutes walking distance to the airport, I went from and to the airport on foot (if you have luggage it's better to take a taxi though). Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tivat.

Superb

Location to bus station (5minutes walk) and airport (also walking distance if you do not have too much luggage). Friendly reception by host. Apartment beautifully refurbished - best bed ever! We have been travelling for four months, stayed at about 40 different apartments, but Apartment Tamara’s one of the most comfortable so far. Highly recommended for short stay, especially if you need to be near airport or bus station.

just wonderful

everything was just wonderful. Tamara and her family are putting so much love and effort in this place. Not only is everything super clean (kudos to keeping all these shiny surfaces shiny 🥰) but also her hospitality is amazing. I wish I would have stayed longer but definitely coming back here when i’m back in this area. also the view from the property is so beautiful…. seeing the mountains and being so close to the ocean

Tamara is a really nice and lovely Host. She was always friendly and helpful. Due to a mistake we even got a better apartment with the largest balcony from which you had a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor and could admire beautiful sunsets. The apartment has enough space and you felt very comfortable. It's really comfortable for two and despite the fact that this apartment is on a busy street, it was never very noisy and you could sleep well at night without noise. From this apartment you can also reach the bus station of Tivat within 4 minutes, as well as a gas station and a well-stocked supermarket. A little insider tip was also the small stretch of beach which Tamara recommended to us and apart from a few locals we had our peace and quiet. We will come back in any case!

The only thing we didn't like was that Tamara came in every day and we were there once and she didn't knock even though we locked. I'm only saying that because it could have put my partner and I in an awkward situation.

Tamara and her partner were nice and accommodating during our stay. They even provided us with beach towels upon request. The space was clean, comfortable and quiet, and we also had plenty of privacy. I recommend it!

I have arrived in the early morning, and didn't expect to ge inside of the apartment by afternoon, but I was pleasantly surprised when Tamara, the owner of the house, kindly offered to wait for a little while, while she cleaned the apartment, after previous customers. The apartment itself is on a small side,but everything is thought of and there for your disposal. Good shower, small kitchenette, little balcony with the table to relax and comfortable bed. Tamara helped to get a taxi next morning, as I have had a ln early flight to catch. Highly recommended this apartment.

Great value for money place for those travelling from Tivat airport

Perfect location for those traveling from Tivat airport, the venue is 3 min away from the airport by car, yet is comfortable, very clean, cozy and offers good sound isolation. The host is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The place is 10 min car ride from the city center and the Porto Montenegro bay. There is a couple of nice beaches in the vicinity of the place.

Relatively clean Close to bus station

Unreliable & Irresponsible Host! Beware! We had very unpleasant experience. The host came to our room at 19:00 and told us she made mistake and double-booked our room and we need to move to her brother’s house because the guests are coming at 21:00. We were shocked! We said that we payed for the night already. She said she is sorry and she made already arrangements for new place alternatively she will return money for that night and we can look for a room within busy Tivat (good luck at 19:00 on weekend night in the middle of high season!). When we told her that we will move at 22:00 so we can pack, eat and rest a bit after busy day, she refused and entered the room starting putting our clothes in our bags. Only when we agreed to leave at 21:00 she left our room. Later, when we shared our story, we learnt from locals and other people that this is not the first time for her to do similar things. Locals expressed concern about the accommodation manipulation by her and her family members that also rent other properties in the area and are well-connected with authorities. Such hosts shouldn’t be on Booking.com nor on any other booking platform. This causes damage to the hospitality industry in Tivat and Montenegro.
