Good price.

Breakfast was great.

We were very disappointed that the water slide was not working as the pool and slide were the main reasons we selected this hotel. I also found the beds too hard. There is also a smell from a nearby food production plant that was offputting.

I booked the hotel for its pool area…which was available at the time of booking…and was closed for maintenance when we arrived.

Might stay again but unsure!

Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean overall.

The lady at the front desk was rude she should not be working when the hotel is full all she did was complain. We had to bring our 4lb dog last minute and she told me I was lucky she didn’t turn me away. Then she gave me a whole page of rules for kids staying here. The pool was freezing cold and they had no clean towels. The furnace in our room runs even when off the fan is super loud and sounds like it might fly away. Zero hot water for a shower in the morning. Plus a $400 deposit is quite excessive. Last time we stayed here it was wonderful and I couldn’t say anything bad. I even convinced our skating club to stay here and now I’m embarrassed.

Good value in Lethbridge

Clean and nicely decorated, very friendly staff, good breakfast and night snacks. The supper coupon was a nice touch!

Very tiny tub, I had a noisy room and their pool/hot tub were out of order although they did explain.

Excellent stay in a clean, friendly and very comfortable hotel.

The hotel is in an area with several hotels and we have stayed in 3 of them. This is our first stay here but it will, without question, be our first choice from now on when staying in Lethbridge. The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly, lots of parking and the needs are super comfortable - which is after all, the most important part of a hotel stay.

good location for sporting activities with the standard perks

good value for price. The kids enjoyed the pool.

needs a bit of Reno and pool space a bit tight. no many choices for breakfast but it is free.

Very good

It was convenient as it was close to highway staff was super friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the peep wholes were so big that a person could look clearly into my room so I stuffed a tissue in it .

A great family place to stay

Our family enjoyed our stay. The pool slide was fun for the children. The full breakfast was very good, though busy with school teams.

The bathroom sink was not separate from the toilet and shower.

I like that they had a breakfast and it was clean.

The pool was not working but there was no compensation. The reason we booked was so the kids could swim. Also the beds were too hard.
