Grand Forks is a wonderful place to visit and explore.

Such friendly helpful hosts. Used and enjoyed the pool. We liked this accommodation, the town. The walk beside the Grandby River. We really liked the local Boundry museum. Breakfast was fine for us: toast, boiled eggs, juice, fruit, yogurt.

Microwave was placed too low in the cupboard to use efficiently and electric power bar kept disconnecting because wires were stretched too tight.

A one night stay on the way home so it was completely satisfactory.

The property is right on the Hwy so very easy access.

Big rig trucks parked right out front made access to the property a bit of a challenge. We stayed there many years ago and the property hasn’t changed. could stand a little TLC in the rooms, however, that being said they were very clean and smelled clean.

Comfy stay...though may need a new handyman?

Comfy beds. Good pillows. Good towels. Pool deck area is nice. Parked right outside our door. Dog friendly. Great sushi restaurant in the parking lot! Quiet location. I could control the air con.

Pool was very cold, even in 30C. Breakfast was the worst continental I've had. The bathroom: the tub looked like someone painted a non slip coating on it, the whole surface is bumpy? ....got it all over the floor etc, and did an awful job cleaning it up. It honestly was a disgrace of a repair...messed up going all along up the left side everywhere

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and pet friendly

I had to switch rooms after the 1st night as the air conditioning was not working. Staff was very apologetic and got me moved into a new room first thing the next morning.

Poor

The pool wasn’t open even though it was advertised up on the road sign. Air conditioning did not work and front desk was dismissive when contacted. This made for a very uncomfortable stay for my family and I for the 2 nights we stayed. I wanted to go to a different hotel however was told I would still have to pay for both nights regardless.

Came for basketball tournament. Did not sleep because of noise. Beds are very comfy.

Great location. Within walking of amenities. Lots of parking. Beds were very comfortable with many pillows. Very clean.

Walls are thin. Walkway on second level sounds like it’s going to fall in, you can hear people walking. Rooms needs upgrading.

The motel was great. Booking.com sucks totally.

I didn't like having to book thru Booking.com as they are a dishonest site. The last time I booked (Ref #43029801) I was promised a free taxi from Helsinki airport to my hotel. On arrival the taxi was NOT there. It cost me Euros $40- for a taxi to downtown. On my return I immediately submitted a claim, with a copy of my receipt for Euros 40-. I never heard back, and was never paid my 40 Euros. Bunch of crooks!!

the continental breakfast should have included muffins. It was otherwise fine.

Limited places to stay in Grand Forks so did not have much choice.

Breakfast was Ok but not great. Limited selection.

This is an older facility and when in the bathroom it shows. There was water damage from above floors and covered up by paint. I stayed at the facility 10 years ago and there has not been any upgrades since just more paint.

The staff were excellent! very friendly, helpful and accommodating to small requests..thank you!

Good breakfast, helped to start our day. The location was ideal and close to all amenities and the bed was super comfy.

The room that we stayed in was a little dated and run down, the end bed covers looked worn and dirty and we had a paving crew above us partying, which disrupted our trying to get to sleep.

Will not be booking with this company again.

Suite was well appointed. Suite was clean.

Desk person had to be continually prompted to find our reservation. We received our keys cards but then waited ten minutes while she talked on the phone before finding out what our room number was. Pool was "closed for maintenance". The pool is part of what we paid for. Breakfast was the second worst of our extensive travel experience: Nothing hot except coffee; no cereal; no waffles/bagels; no breakfast meats; no selection of fruit; etc.

we stay here anytime we are in Grand Forks, the staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the water pressure in the showers is awesome!

I wish the pillows were a little bit larger.

wouldn’t go back to that hotel

location and pool

first room given to us had very strong cat urine smell. Had a call from owner on our day 2 of our 3 day visit while we were at wedding to tell me I was going to be charged $40 for a towel and $15 for a face cloth that had been ruined by us ( make up )
