agréable et très reposant après des journées très fatigantes à travers NY.

la chambre au 7e étage avec une vue agréable la décoration de la chambre sur le mode de bateau, sympathique le service discret et très efficace le petit déjeuner parfait le lit est confortable avec des draps agréables la propreté excellente situation géographique, proche de la ligne E du métro

- la douche à pommeau fixe tellement pas pratique mais éternelle aux EU. - le manque d'isolation phonique par rapport à la rue. les hublots sont très esthétiques mais auraient besoin d'être modernisés. même au 7e étage le bruit venu de la 9e avenue est fort. NY n'est pas une ville silencieuse et ce quartier est vivant. - le lit pourrait être plus large... mais on comprend qu'il est parfaitement intégré au mobilier comme dans une cabine de bateau - dès l'entrée au niveau de la rue, les marches d'escalier à monter à pied avec les bagages à porter sont difficiles. le portier aide parfois, mais pas toujours.

Wes Anderson Style Mid Century Quirkiness in a great location

The Maritime is in a great location with Chelsea and the Meatpacking District on your doorstep and the highline around the corner. The large room meant I had lots of space to relax and the bathroom was beautiful. If you're into mid century modern design, you'll enjoy this spot!

Nice hotel, avoid lower floor rooms to be able to sleep

Quaint, well located.

Bed warped and not comfortable - we kept rolling to the middle. We were also on a low floor and the nightclub below is kept us up until the wee hours of the night.

This hotel was phenomenal! The room was absolutely perfect for me. I was staying alone and needed a safe, comfortable place in a good location, and the Maritime Hotel was so welcoming and perfect for that need!

Receptionists very friendly. Highly appreciated high floor room.i had stayed there before, so I was aware that rooms are on the smaller side but liked the design. However, interior of room meanwhile a little worn, especially parts of wood panelling. Very limited breakfast but was pointed out upon check-in and no problem for me. Good location for Meatpacking/Soho area.

Excellent stay for our anniversary!

Atmosphere of the hotel was unique and charming. Room was spacious, well-planned, with a great view not impeded by neighboring buildings. Staff left us a bottle of wine for our anniversary, accommodated early check-in, and held our bags on the day we left. Super convenient to Chelsea Market and the High Line.

Wish the shower had a bench, and couldn't figure out how to turn on the bath fan. Free breakfast was what you would find at any mid-range chain hotel. This is NYC - a good bagel and a wider variety of fruit would help a lot!

A memorable romantic getaway that didn't disappoint. This hotel has a lot of charm and character.

Lovely staff, a cozy room with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom had high-quality products and everything we needed for a romantic getaway. We were there on a weeknight and were able to have the lobby fireplace pretty much all to ourselves. The delicious continental breakfast completed our great experience.

The bed wasn't super comfortable, probably time to upgrade the mattresses. But honestly, this wasn't a big deal because everything else was on point.

Very enjoyable

Although the property is old, it was very clean and modern. The lobby was very neat, with tons of couches, a fireplace, books and board games. Very inviting!

Overall a good experience, but very pricey for what we got.

The location is great! The room was clean and the products in the bathroom are great. The staff was nice and it was very easy to check in & out. The lobby is spacious & nice.

We were on the 3rd floor and could hear club music until the middle of the night. Also could hear what was going on in the hallways. We were in the superior queen room, but it was pretty small for the price. The complimentary breakfast was a little lacking, have had more options at much cheaper chain hotels.

Breakfast is the only downside to this nice hotel It is really a shame! I was so surprised at the poor selection of choice It is truly a mystery how they can offer their guests such a low level of ingredients
