Cheap room, good for a one night stay, any longer and you may have issues.

Location is in a very decapitated state in a rather "rough" area. Over all the place feels dingy and unkept, missing ceiling tiles, stained carpets, broken toilets ect. This place clearly needs some investments to revitalize. The staff is also rather unpleasant.

With the exception of rudeness from the female staff, I had a great stay and would return in the future.

It was nice and clean

I did not like the women staff at the front desk. I called to verify the location because the address was confusing with so many other hotels around. The girl at the front desk seemed uninterested in helping me and hung up on me before I could really figure out where the hotel was. Very rude. The next morning there were two other ladies who just seemed like they had slight attitudes. The males were very nice. One who I assume was the manager was very accommodating.

In short , horrible. Can not recommend this property

Nothing . Property was not maintained. The picture you show in the advertisement must be from when this was a new facility . The property is not maintained. Paint is literally coming off of the building . It’s dark and dingy. The room had broken lamps , the bathtub had rust in it. Hallways have no air conditioning. The vending machines do not work. The business center if you can call it that, has no ink in the printer so if you’re planning on printing anything, you can’t. I mentioned this to the front office staff and they simply say “ we know “ which I can only presume means there are no replacement in cartridges. A $100 deposit for incidentals? They offer none . Overall, this property is dirty and should not be an option on booking.com. Wyndham , you need to do a site check on this one. It’s a bad deal On a 1- 10. This is a zero.

Again , everything. Would not recommend this. The shuttle they use to airport is filthy and in bad repair also. The driver was pleasant. That was the only good part. Wish I had taken photos. I certainly would have posted them . Wish I could write a positive review because I have written many. This just can not be one of them. Sorry Booking.com but the truth is on the proof. Go take a look for yourself.

Ideal for a short stay close to the airport.

Close to airport with a shuttle service. Spacious suite.

The property is wrongly named on booking.com. No such hotel as “the Majestic”. The booking.com listing says breakfast is included (although careful reading of the terms says that it is not). There is no breakfast. The shuttle pickup took a long time and several phone calls.

Don’t waste your money!!!

Nothing. The parking was ok lol.

Was met with nothing but attitude. There was a bug infestation in our room, we received a 27$ compensation for a 600$ booking… the motel next door had better service and the rooms were just as nice and without any bugs for 1/4 of the price!

called for the van, they said on the way, 30 mins later, they said they were “on the way”, finally picked up after 45 mins, then after stoping at all terminals we left to the hotel. once away from the airport they said we had to go back for more people. took over an hour to get to hotel which was 5 mins away. extremely unorganized “transportation” not fun at midnight.

Cheap option near the airport

An inexpensive hotel near the airport. It has seen better days, for sure, but is clean, rooms are large, and beds are fine.

Very worn. Stains on the carpet, smell of mildew on the first floor, peeling payments, rusty light pieces, you get the picture. If you are looking for a high-end place, this aint it.

Now all the people that work there from the front desk to the people that cleaned around are just all great people very helpful go out of their way to get you stuff and you unbelievable

The only one thing I didn't like about the place is the general manager he was so ignorant to not just me multiple guests that had problems I have more than one time I spent there over a month and he's just like I tried to talk to him like a gentleman he's just ignorant human being how he has a job there he's beyond me but why he probably has a job I call bail she been working here for years she is so she runs that whole place he don't do s*** he's a he's useless

The staff were helpful, front desk staff were great, bilal i believe his name was and another young lady. They were so helpful and kind.

I didnt like that i had to go on the hunt for fresh towels as house keeping didnt once check if i needed anything and i was there for 6 nights. I had a few bugs in the bathroom also, but it was manageable.

no drinking water in the room or even vending machines. I booked with breakfast but at check in was told no breakfast. waited for shuttle for more than an hour among other guests once the van just passed by us the driver didn’t even looked at us whereas I was told every 30 minutes pickup on phone they were rude and won’t say how long we have to wait very disappointed
