It was horrible!

The floor in the hallway was filthy. The elevator and hallway was hot and smelt like wet dogs

Loved the place. Hated that staff didn’t understand that I wanted to pay on my other card.

Costs a lot. Asked to change credit card was told they would, but didn’t.

Road trip worthy stop.

1 night stay. Service staff gave us good recommendations for food. Area is iffy but hotel was great, clean and helpful.

Was a great location off I-75

The room we were put in was infested with the smell of marijuana smoke. My children as well as my husband and I left after only being checked in for awhile smelling like marijuana. The property has still yet to respond to booking.com about our issues. Seems similar to our experience there with staff not caring

We will definitely stay again.

We loved the location and the nice breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We really like the gazabo area and the large trees with grass. So relaxing to sit and drink coffee after breakfast.

I’d choose a different hotel next time.

Easy to find- pet friendly

Shower was complicated and caused a ton of messes. The tiled floor was filthy- I spilled some water and went to wipe it up. In the process of wiping the floor, the towel turned gray from whatever was still on the floor from prior guests.

Everything was very nice and hotel was recently renovated. Lobby area was still in the process.

Breakfast was delicious- need melted butter for pancakes. Maybe add a microwave for heating muffins etc.

Overall pretty good & stores & restaurants close; close to the interstate

Breakfast & always having coffee available

Hotel was too close to the interstate so it was noisy from traffic. Renovations did not appear to be finished & woke up to drill noises after getting to bed after 2 am after traveling

Nice hotel and staff, but slightly expensive.

The breakfast was pretty good. It was plentifull and restocked frequently. It was clean and the check-in was reasonably quick.

We had called earlier to inquire about the property's pet policy and was told one price. When we arrived after having booked a non-refundable reservation, we were given a different, higher price. In all, we paid somewhat more to stay at this property with pets than what we felt we could have gotten at some other, comparable property. While the facilities and amenities were as advertised, we felt the value is not at the level we like.

Great stay

Very clean, great staff, decent location about 20 minutes from airport. Beds were comfy and room is spacious. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor fire pit.

Pool was advertised as open but wasn't. It is the winter but still a bit misleading. The wifi is only free to Hilton Honors customers but was given a promo code as a courtesy. They are finishing up some construction but hotel looks clean modern and comfortable.

Don't stay here!

Bed.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Cold eggs. Usual breakfast items not available. Shower floor very slippery. TV not in spot for easy watching from bed. Hall carpets looked dirty. All the room doors would slam sut, so we got to hear everyone entering and leaving their room.
