No stay, couldn’t..

Couldn’t book without a CC … first time ever not being able to. My daughter’s 19th bday and we drove back home due to this.

Overall it had a bed and air conditioning

Breakfast was good in Denny’s

The shower was so small I didn’t fit. I couldn’t have a shower. Vending machines didn’t work and had no signs to say that. I had to figure it out myself.

Superb

My last stay was not the greatest, but I mentioned something to the manager, and she made sure to upgrade my room and double checked the cleanliness. Everything was great this time and she made up for the last time.

The AC was VERY loud, I did struggle a bit to sleep

I was worried there were bed bugs because of that mattress in the hallway, so I didn’t sleep well.

Friendly staff

There was an old mattress in the hallway wrapped in plastic— very worrying. The floors in common areas were dirty. The room looked old and grungy and smelled funny.

that dennys is just downstairs

something was leaking in the bathroom, bed was little bit to hard, pull out bed still had someone else’s popcorn inside, front desk at checkout was rude

Superb

Clean comfortable and one of the most reasonably priced options in Terrace. Denny's in the same building allows easy eating. Large parking lot allowed us to park with van+trailer easily and do our organizing there. Overall, a great option.

Rooms didn't have windows to open to outside air (double pane but can't open outer pane). There's a pool but no jacuzzi/hot tub. Room fan/AC was loud. Staff were friendly, but some staff couldn't help with everything.

Comfy bed with good pillows everything else not so great

The beds were very small but very comfortable and we had a great sleep on them.Pillows were very soft too.It is also nice that there is a restaurant on site

The room wasn't very clean you could see it wasn't vacuumed well because there was big pieces of stuff on the floor also a big toenail clipping.Walls were dirty especially around the ac.Also we tried to call down to the front desk a few times and no one ever answered.The room was very small for what was charged.Also not enough garbage cans or towels.The pool was freezing cold and only got colder the longer you were in there because they had a vent to the outside open.

Disappointed

The bathroom and beds were clean, it had a fridge and television. There was a workout room.

The pool was unavailable even though I received a message the morning of checkin from booking.com saying that the pool was open. The pool was the NUMBER 1 reason I booked this hotel. The room was small and it had obviously been a smoking room at some point because it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The price was on par with far better hotel rooms, not the best value by any means. There was also no continental breakfast available.

keep the rates consistent. it showed 135.00 on line but when we went to reserve it jumped to 150.00.

difficult parking and turning around. should maybe get the work trucks to park at the very back area to leave more room to maneuver at the front

It is a bit run down and you can hear everything in the hallways and the rooms surrounding.
