For the price of the room it was a good value.

The location was great for me. It was not hard to find and it was near Tim Horton's and a gas station. I also liked that my car was parked right outside my room. The internet worked really well which was very important to me as I stayed in a hotel to do business for 3 days as I needed quiet for the calls.

From the pictures on the website it does not show that some of the rooms have access through outside doors instead of going into the hotel. As a single woman I prefer not to stay in these types of rooms, but in the end it turned out to be very safe and the price was lower than many of the other hotels in the city. The room was smaller than shown in the photos so the table and chairs was right next to the A/C which was not conducive for work calls. Therefore I had to turn off the AC when i was working.

Management needs to get on top of that hotel, to get it back in order

Room 115, door coming off hinges, garbages outside room, full, dirty carpets, dirty bath tub, needed to get more towels an pillows..the hot tub and pool, were well below temp...you advertise breakfast is non, the front desk, lied and said no kne have ever complained about the issues, look at your past reviews..rugs were terrible stained, mirrors dirty and broke. Sheets dont properly fit..

Pool, hot tub cold, pool should be between 83 to 85, hot tubs 104. Every time went through door, it was a struggle, because of hinge Garbage everywhere...not professional

We come to swift current once or twice a year. And have stayed in other hotels. I don’t think we will be back to this on

Location was ok. New bathroom mirror was cool.

Old and run Down. Only small cold grab and go breakfast in the lobby. There was no toiletries in the bathroom. I had to go ask for hand soap and shampoo at front desk. Pool area looks a little rough. I dont think the room was vacuumed. The room was very humid for some reason ( it turned my popcorn chewy and rugs felt damp)

Availability and proximity to the main highway.

Doors were difficult to open and close. Bed was uncomfortable and only one pillow for each of us. Bedspread was made of the roughest material I've ever encountered in a hotel. There were no shelves or ledges in the bathtub on which to put soap and shampoo. There were no safety grab bars in the bath. The sofa felt like it was about to break. The entire room smelled like stale smoke, although it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Investigation revealed the smell was coming from the outdated room air conditioning unit. Disgusting. This place is owned by Wyndham. They should be doing much better for patrons than this dump.

We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

We enjoyed the grab and go breakfast, we liked that our room had an actual table in it and that we enjoyed the location of our room.

It would have been nice to be able to eat our breakfast in a common area to reduce garbage in the room. The laundry room hours could of been longer especially considering they are not neighbouring guest rooms.

My stay was very disappointing. The only saving grace was a clean comfortable bed.

What breafast? The main reason we booked there vs another hotel was because it included breakfast and had a pool and hot fub. After booking, we printed our reservation the night before leaving to find there would be no use of pool, hot tub, and limited breskfast. We found the dining room out of bounds. A cold pancake and a couple of boiled eggs with instructions of how to heat in the microwave. There were s few muffins, no toast. All was shoved in a corner near the front desk. I don't know what else was there besides coffee. You either had to take the breakfast offerings to your room or sit outside on a picnic bench in the cool morning fall temperature as there was really no available seating in front of their front desk which looked like something out of a ma and pa's 7-11. What I did like was a comfortable bed even though there was only one pillow each. It was firm but perfect and appeared clean.

I was told by front desk that if we booked on-line, that we were informed upon booking there would be no pool, hot tub, limited breakfast. I wasn't happy about finding out AFTER booking what I wasn't getting. In my case it was the night before leaving on our trip. It was a long car trip and the hot tub would have been really nice. I feel the hotel could have told us that the we were paying for a comfortable bed only and reduced the cost because the hotel was being renovated. The outside door at the back to the hallway that led to our room didn't lock. The vacuum cleaner was parked in the hallway for 2 days. The carpet in the room was a darker blue along the bed end than the entry area. I assume it was wear and not dirt. The toilet kept running long after flushing...you had to jiggle the float ball to make it stop. Upon opening the drapes I found the window at ground level facing scruffy shrubs so kept them closed!

We had a comfortable night after a long day on the road.

The “continental” breakfast was fine but there could have been more food items to choose from and a breakfast room available; we didn’t mind taking our breakfast back to our room but we weren’t going to eat in the lobby.

I was travelling with a friend with mobility issues who uses a walker and I found the entrance into the hotel very challenging for her ie the slope of the entrance and no automatic doors. Also, I mentioned to the desk clerk that the toilet in our room was small and VERY low....time for an upgrade!!

I booked here without hesitation, as I had stayed there before. The stay was great, clean and friendly. This visit was unforgettable. The sink didn’t work and it was not fixed during our stay. On our second night the toilet broke.

The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning worked...thank goodness.

It was a good location and staff was good.

The first room had an unmade bed. The second room smelled terribly musty. The room keys kept failing. The "light breakfast" was a granola bar and yogurt serves on the small greeting counter where everyone checks in. The pool and hot tub were out of order. They were set up for work crews not vacationers.

Not a clean place at all. Would never go back.

Didn’t have breakfast. We were traveling and it was only served until 9. Dining room was closed for other patrons, and they served it in the very tiny lobby. Not very sanitary. Very disappointed.

Room was dirty and smelly. Bathtub was filthy.
