Disappointed family outing.

Love the location and easy check-in.

The pool was freezing, the breakfast was small and had only 1 hot option, my first room was placed beside a room with a dog and it would not stop barking so I asked for another room. This hotel used to be our hotel of choice when in Pembroke now we are going to have to find another.

Disappointing

It was an ugly and awkward room. No window to the outside and the TV was extremely far from the bed. Washroom had no hooks or hangers and was also awkwardly laid out.

Clean and comfortable

Breakfast okay...basic offerings. Bed very comfortable...slept great.

Wish freezer part of fridge was larger. TV needed instructions...only able to view one or two channels...wouldn't change. Could easily hear people talking in hall and dog barking several doors down for short while. Maybe a binder with TV info and restaurant or local attractions would be helpful to have in the rooms.

Perfect for a night away!

The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. I had an amazing fireplace in my room which I loved. Bed was comfortable and room was very nice.

Not much to say here, but I would suggest having toast and bagels as part of their continental breakfast!

Pam the front desk clerk was PHENOMENAL! My granddaughter got V.I.P treatment from her, as did we. Excellent service from Pam. Thank you so much

Nothing really.... maybe just a few more breakfast options? Croissants, toast, bagels cream cheese? But the waffles were super!!

Except for the dangerous bathtub/shower, everything was above expectations.

Nice dining room. Good selection of food for breakfast.

There were no safety bars (nothing to hold onto) in the bathtub/shower. This is not good for senior citizens.

Overall our stay was reasonable

Location was great, door of dog was not Goodson if you do not travel with pets get another place to stay

For October month the heat could have been turned on before guest arrive and perhaps the dog odour would not have been as noticeable

Pleasant.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. It was very comfortable.

The restaurant was closed and I was hoping to not have to leave the hotel to get meals. The TV did not offer enough channels that did not have to be paid for. I would have preferred to have some actual creamers in the fridge for the coffee.

Front desk staff amazing. Breakfast staff very friendly. Continental breakfast well organized with lots of variety.

Mattresses are very soft. In unit HVAC made a horrible noise - sounded like the fan was hitting something. Plumbing made noises when showering. Overall the property is tired.

It needs to be updated with the actual size of the beds, amenities, and accessibility.

The staff was amazing!!! They were kind, and understanding.

I booked a queen size bed, but it was a double. I am disabled and need the space to sleep with my brace but could not. I booked because your site site said it was accessible, but it was not. I had to walk up stairs to get to our room. The final reason we booked there was because of the restaurant and room service. The restaurant is no longer there and has not been for years. I could not shower the one day because my towel was fifthly and covered in what I hope was toothpaste.... and the continental breakfast was the worst I've ever had... and the pool was closed every time I went to use it. but again, the staff was lovely.

Fabulous! Really enjoyed ourselves will be back next year.

The location was perfect, across the street is a community centre with splash pad for kids, mini golf, soccer and baseball fields. there was a food truck, Dairy Queen , Tim's,Boston Pizza, Kelseys all within walking distance. Loveed it will book again.

Quite good for its price with minor remarks

The room was very spacious, with a great and comfortable bed. The hotel itself was just right as well, decent location with restaurant nearby, free parking and looked decent as well

breakfast had been advertised from 7 - 10 with checkout at 11 but it was from 6 - 9 so a lot of waste of time between breakfast and checkout. Thereby breakfast was only muffins (which where empty) and waffles, so not a great way to start the day.

Great place to stay.

Clean room and comfortable beds after a long drive. Friendly and very helpful staff. Room has everything you could want.

The bathroom fan did not work but that also occurred at another hotel we stayed at as well during our trip. There were three of us and we had to ask for additional towels and a paper cup as the room had only two of each. Not really a problem as the very friendly staff provided these when asked. Unfortunately the adjoining room had children who were noisy.
