This stay was overpriced, and disappointing.

Staff was nice. Good location

Room was tiny. Room was dirty, wallpaper was peeling. Everything except the TV we’re dated. There was no continental breakfast. There was a breakfast buffet that was like a continental breakfast for $25. Parking was not included. That was $25 a night.

Great staff great food an great rooms but not a safe location

The staff was Great th food was great an the rooms

My car was broke into when I paid extra to park in there parking garage that I thought was secure. An I now have 1600 in car damages. Unless they get better Security I'll never be staying here again with my kids. Not only did my cr get damaged fron a break in my kids didn't feel safe due to the activities that where going on an cause of the car being broke into while in a secure parking garage.

Nice staff badly dated hotel for price.

Staff is very nice and helpful

Hotel rooms are badly in need of an upgrade of desert carpet AC unit and bathroom. It’s just old but charging four star prices and then more to park when there is no parking available other than their garage that’s practical. .

Great team in the restaurant and lobby.

Check in was a breeze. Located in downtown and close to freeway. Restaurant in hotel is fantastic- amazing steakhouse and also seafood. I sat in the bar and it was a total Hoot. Our servers were very pleasant and enjoyed the gang sitting up there and having stories and laughs. Simply a great time, especially if you don’t know anyone.

We had a lovely relaxing stay.

What we liked best was the location. We could walk to our favourite restaurant and a nice walk along the river. We liked having a nice restaurant for breakfast just downstairs. We were upgraded to the top floor and had a great view. The beds were very comfortable.

The air conditioner was noisy and could have used some maintenance

DA 💥 Boom!

Staff was best, nobody bugged me.room was great, junior suite.

Pool closing at 10,ball game didn't get over until 9:15.had my two teenage grandkids.

Great staff, but underwhelming room.

The hotel staff were friendly, and accommodating. Smiles and excellent customer support!

Sadly the room we stayed in had been used by a smoker previously despite being a non-smoking location, and the cleaning crew had missed cigarette remains on the floor. In addition the bathtub drain was clogged and while showering it would back up.

Would definitely stay there again

Fantastic location. We attended a conference at the attached conference Center. Easy to get to by car and super friendly staff.

No breakfast included so generally quite expensive to stay there as parking is also an extra charge

I like the location and the parking garage.

It's obvious this hotel has run down since I stayed there a few years ago. The bathroom has no privacy with the gapping sliding door. No fan in the bathroom. Worn carpet. I won't stay there again.

Best Location for downtown Spokane.

We went to Hoopfest and couldn't have asked for a better location. Our court, the Center stage, and food trucks were a 10-minute walk. Plus, they have scooters you can rent and get there even quicker if you don't feel like walking. The room was clean, and parking was easy, although we had a truck, and it was really close to not fitting in the parking garage because we have a rack on top. Our friends drove a Tesla and appreciated that they had a charging station in the parking garage. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel rooms are clean but outdated. The window of the room we stayed in had a view of the river, but you could barely see it because the window's seal was broken, and there was too much condensation. Also, two ginormous spiders were crawling around on the window.

Comfortable and convenient in downtown Spokane

Location was excellent to see a show at the theater next door, was convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Parking was crowded because of a gymnastics meet.

Clean room with great view

The hotel was centrally located. The room was clean and our view of the city was great. The front staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants in the hotel as well as several eating options including a small market within walking distance.

Parking is a little spendy. There is a large parking facility so plenty of parking while we were there.

This stay was one of the most disappointing ones I have had since using booking.

The location is ideal for walking to the riverside park and downtown attractions

The staff was not friendly, I was overcharged a lot and am still waiting for some of the charges to come off, hidden fees as well not mentioned like $24 a day to park, the room had barely any lighting, was not at all soundproof, the hdmi ports on the tv didn’t work, no microwaves, no breakfast included, no menu for the restaurant downstairs, altogether not a good set up, will not stay there again.
