Nice stay but...

For a motel I love this place especially for price value, I like the flowers sitting on the balcony and the patio. Also like it that they are using Rocky Mountain Soap products from Canmore where I am from.

The staff in the restaurant with short hair and wearing a cap, forgot our breakfast order and didn't even apologize. We waited for almost an hour and they were not even busy, when I saw her again in front of the reception as the door was closed and dropped the keys she just abruptly said "drop it there!". I didn't know they would close the reception door when it said open at 10am and it was 11:30am at that time. The older lady at the restaurant said she was not told of our order unfortunately. There's always a polite way to say "sorry" or instruct your guests, but it is sad she lacks a hospitality attitude.

Enjoyable stay with a hotel to take in the mountain air.

Quaint room, which was clean and comfortable. the outside furnishings (patio set and chairs) allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the mountain air. The air conditioning unit in the room was a great adder for the one hot night.

Nice, family-run place. Nice bbq area, staff is friendly, breakfast is tasty.

We were moved to a larger room but the price of the new room was not told to me until I got there so it just would have been nice to know the new price in advance.

amazing stay at an affordable price

room was very clean, very comfortable, the bath items (rocky mtn co.) were amazing. place feels very cozy. walking distance to restaurants and short drive to pools. price was affordable. Free breakfast is small but a lovely surprise which we enjoyed. staff was super friendly. we are coming back!

Very cute and clean property in a great location.

Great location, exceptionally clean.

Some rooms are very small because of the age of the building. If you want more space book a kitchenette or room with two beds.

Pleasant

was clean, affordable and ok for a quick stay. I liked there were plenty of channels on TV to choose from.

office was supposed be open from like 9 am til 8pm but in reality I couldn’t get into it like from 11 till 4pm. could which means I could book a sauna or grab an extra towel. Breakfast was served at a different location - 3 minute drive

All in all it was awesome, we would deffinatly stay again.

Breakfast was not offered at the time but we were given giftcards for nearby location. We were upgraded to a bigger suite. The owners/ employees were so sweet and very nice.

I would have liked a coffee pot in the room but front desk did offer me one. The bed was quite uncomfortable.

Short but nice stay

Simple but clean and comfortable room. Great value, lovely property, great location and very hospitable and welcoming hosts. Enjoyed the free breakfast!

Great spot with friendly staff!

Friendly staff and great breakfast with lots of different things to keep you full for the day ahead. Bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was great! A 5 minute drive away from the hot springs and some few hour hikes! Saw a moose up the road which was amazing!

The bed was so uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on a wooden pallet :( we stayed for 3 days. If this was fixed for a nicer mattress, it would be perfect!

Room didn't have coffee maker, was really noisy till late night, people were walking after midnight

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were super friendly and sauna was a really nice touch

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. On our last day, we were leaving early and so would be missing the complimentary breakfast. When we dropped off the keys, the guy went above and beyond by prepping us some food and coffee to go.

Like always we loved to come here and we enjoyed our stay. Only when we left we had a really bad experience with an older man standing on the balcony, he did not talk, just stared at both of us. It was creepy!!!!!
