Location is convenient to many services like gas and food.

Faucet at sink sprayed everywhere no matter the volume of water. Shower was a soft mist of water making it difficult to wash hair and body. We had no heat and had to ask for a space heater which was readily available. This gave us the impression that heat is a common issue. The filter on the room Herat vent looked like it had not been serviced in a very long time.

Maintenance is extremely attentive and professional, fulfills all requests in a polite and timely manner. Housekeeping are very kind staff, they do their best to keep rooms clean. Outside facilities are kept clean and pool/courtyard area is clean. Cheapest place in the area for a room with a mini-fridge and microwave that allows pets, great central location with plenty of convenience stores, restaurant, shopping nearby... but these pros may not be worth the cons..

Obvious drug using and dealing going on with several long term and short term guests, frequent "party" guests, fights and domestic violence issues. Too many people allow their dogs to roam free without being on a leash despite the leash laws - witnessed multiple dog attacks because of irresponsible owners. Facility has no signs about leashes and front desk does not enforce unless complaints are made and there is a language barrier with some front desk staff members when trying to explain. We literally feared taking our dog outside to any of the designated pet areas because of so many other dogs not on leashes or being controlled. Rooms do not have individual heat/AC units -- all rooms are controlled by a central boiler room so everyone in the facility is either hot or cold, we had to purchase a standing fan before they turned the AC on and we kept the door cracked open for fresh air and it was still 80°+ inside the room, the windows are sealed closed. When staying more than one night, they do not offer any toiletries, toilet paper, clean towels or bedding unless you go to front desk or find the motel laundry room/housekeeping station and ask for it. If you're taller than 5'4" the shower head placement is not convenient, definitely made for shorter people. Make sure to ask/specify if you don't want an adjoining room, the front desk will not ask/tell you this about your room placement and anyone staying next to you will be very loud.

Die Lage war super. Wir sind direkt vom Grand Canyon gekommen. Direkt in der Nähe (4min) ist ein Walmart.

Keine Kühlschränke oder ICE-Maschine. Dreckiger Kopfkissenbezug (Flecken). Das Klientel, was hier unterkommt ist ebenfalls gewöhnungsdbedürftig. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir eine andere Unterkunft bevorzugen!

Room was lovely and warm. After driving from Las Vegas where it was sunny and warm we arrived in Flagstaff at night to freezing temperature and hail. So a warm room was welcoming.

It is not a case of not liking. It was basic, the room was small the view was a car park, which is usual for a motel. It was a bed for the night and sufficed at a good price. As AZ is a gun toting state, it was disconcerting for Brits to see security warnings all over!!! Even our police don't carry guns.
