Um kurz zu übernachten ein gutes, aber viel zu teures Hotel.

Frühstück ist nicht inbegriffen. Kostet fantastische 18 Dollar.... bietet aber auch mehr als in anderen Hotels. Die Lage ist nah am Nationalpark. Viele Restaurants, welche auch zu Fuss erreichbar sind

Um 22 Uhr geht alles zu. Eigenes Restaurant und Bar (!) sowie Souvenirladen schliessen alle.

Gros hôtel confortable, pittoresque et bien entretenu juste à côté du grand canyon

Établissement à 10 minutes de l’entrée du grand canyon, sur la route principale, ce qui est son plus gros avantage mais le site lui-même n’a aucun intérêt et aucune vue Deco pittoresque très chouette, piscine et jacuzzi et salle de fitness et bar bec de bons cocktails Une boutique dans l’hôtel sympathique

Le restaurant de l’hôtel est à fuir car si l’ambiance et le personnel sont agréables la nourriture est vraiment très mauvaise voir pas fraîche mais vous pouvez facilement vous restaurer à proximité

No flexibility We could not check in before 4pm even by a few minutes and there was no attempt to check if our room was ready Dinner was very slow with the main restaurant closed

Grand Canyon is a wonderful destination, even during winter.

Clean and comfortable rooms, on the 1st floor per request. Beds were comfortable with fresh linens daily. Plenty of parking available. On-site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Lobby was large and well decorated, quiet for reading and relaxing. Staff was very accomodating, especially when most guests will likely never return to the Grand Canyon.

Breakfast and dinner were overpriced, maybe due to a captive audience with few if any alternatives outside of the hotel.

Niesamowity klimat w środku!! Doskonała lokalizacja. Bardzo pomocny personel. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji i fajnie zaopatrzony bar. Świetnie zaopatrzony gift shop. Możliwość korzystania z basenu i jacuzzi. Wszystko na plus.

A very warm and cozy place to stay.

Breakfast was great, nice buffet with juice and coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations about nearby sight seeing spots.

Restaurante escuro, poucas opcoes de cafe da manha e comida fraca no jantar. Atendimento estranho, parece que nao estao acostumados com muita gente. Tivemos que esperar do lado de fora para entrar no restaurante vazio para jantar, que estava marcado. O restaurante tem uma aparencia meio fantasmagórica.

De locatie, goede badkamer met fijne douche, het ontvangst in het restaurant.

Ongeïnteresseerd personeel (met name de jonge man), vieze kamers. Lag rest afval van vorige gasten onder het bed. Drie keer gevraagd of ze het wilden schoonmaken, is niet gebeurd. Degene die op de betreffende dag de housekeeping runde was ook zeer kortaf.

Comfy 5 start lodge stay just 15 mins from south rim

The hotel building and decor is beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful, hot pool is a plus after a cold winter day out and the bar on-site had a good atmosphere. Also comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms and all channels required on tv. Location is good unless you want to pay the price to stay right on the canyon, but here you have restaurant options, a shop, the imax, petrol station within a few blocks at a very reasonable price

Maybe they can improve the atmosphere in the restaurant, it was low season but lights were dimmed too low, no music, but great service and food

I will definitely recommend it to anyone who comes to the Grand Canyon.

Excellent environment. Nice and comfortable room. Very convenient facilities. All staff are helpful. My parents and I traveled to multiple cities in the US, and the Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon was undoubtedly the best one we stayed at during this long trip.

Tres agréable

Très belle deco de l’hôtel. Thé et chocolat chaud servis (devant une belle cheminée magnifiquement décorée pour Noel) à l’arrivée. Jacuzzi et piscine très agréable au cœur de l’hiver. Seulement 15 min du Grand Canyon.

Prima locatie, vriendelijk persoonlijk en compleet hotel

Prima locatie, dicht bij restaurants en niet te ver van de ingang van de Grand Canyon. Vriendelijk personeel, genoeg faciliteiten in het hotel (restaurant voor ontbijt en diner, bar, gift shop, fitness, piepklein zwembadje).

Persoonlijk vind ik het restaurant wat aan de prijzige kant voor het soort eten, dat overigens wel goed was. Verder geen verrassingen, want ik was al eerder in dit hotel geweest.

Good but expectations were not met because of website really out of date.

Website out of date - no box breakfasts or lunches were available ( website said 7-10 in gift shop ) Steakhouse restaurant not open No bus/tram service to GC We had to change our plans because we had gone by the info on the website.

probably would not stay at this hotel again, overpriced for what we got

clean comfortable rooms. Freindly, helpful cleaning staff

Elevator was closed all week. Restaurant was closed down less than halfway through stay, but no change in room rate. Front desk staff was not very helpful or courteous.
