It was a quiet location away from traffic.

Oh boy...

Friendly front desk staff

Booked there bc they were $20 cheaper than the only other place. Their rating was a bit lower too, but I just needed to crash for a few hours. Expectations were very low. But, WOW.... Room was freezing cold, like 7 degrees. The heating unit was not even plugged in. There was a dirty tea towel hanging from the stove. Tooth paste residue in the sink. At this point it was late, I was tired, and I was already in my jammies. Wasn't leaving. Tried to switch on the lamp and got sparks. Yikes. I reached for the remote and picked up a piece of someone else's cracker hiding underneath. The tv didn't work. Cords were hanging out the bottom - I assume for a missing cable box ?? I was already in bed and thought, 'I wonder if it's clean under the covers. Decided best not to know. In the morning light I could see that there were girls hair clips on the floor. The shower curtain was too short and there was no way of stopping water from flooding the bathroom. There were hairs on the bathroom mirror. Sorry for the bad review guys, but you HAVE to do better.

I won’t stay again.

The shower was warm

Very hard to find the front door, when your parking lot & front door face the highway, with zero signage to direct you where to go on the street. I booked a king room online, after driving 10 hours that day and being very tired, I was very disappointed when I paid for my room at the time of check in, and then walked upstairs to the room to find I was given a room with smaller bed. The breakfast was cold at 7am.

good bed . good shower. appeared clean from first observation on the insidenothing else

Breakfast was mediocre. and late Manager was very unkempt. hallway had a strange aroma. weeds growing everywhere. Had it been daylight I would not have stayed at this place. If it’s that dirty and in kemp’s outside, what’s the inside like. room was fairly clean. but under the desk was items left behind by previous guest. i’m surprised the City has not given an order to clean up the premises. sow thistle 3ft high growing up around the build along with other weeds. parking lot light we’re never turned on. only on sign was lite up. looked like there was only one person running the whole operation

Superb

Easy check in. Quiet and clean room. Everything in the room worked. Lots of shampoo, container, shower gel, hand soap and lotion. Extra towel for my long hair.

Eggs and sausage was cold.

Bed sheets were clean but had stains, I slept on top of the bed covers because I didn’t feel confident in the cleanliness of the bedding. Room was not made up during my stay.

they did not honour the rate and saw a big beetle on the floor in bathroom.

The room was filthy under normal conditions let alone with the COVID-19 Pandemic being enforced.

Automatic sliding entrance doors didn't work. Soup dispensers in washroom and shower were all dirty. Floors were dirty. Door handles and light switches were dirty. Toilet didn't flush.
