I booked this hotel because I’m familiar with Hilton hotels but this one seemed like the off brand h

This past weekend I booked a room for me and my boyfriend and we were disappointed when trying to take a shower the water power was not there and when it came on it got everywhere, we requested for a spa bath didn’t get that, there was a conference going on so the quiet get away wasn’t so quiet

Breakfast was to expensive should not have to pay 16.99 for full breakfast when you can get full breakfast with stay at most places

well the property only had 1 elevator working which made a long wait and the room wasn't great the bed wasn't comfortable just didn't seem pleasant

Good choice for overnight stay.

Large and very comfortable and well equipped King Bed room with option to bring our pet dog. Included quite good breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from

Window heat and A/C unit worked well but personal preference for quieter central air systems.

I found a roach in my room and because I booked through a third party, I couldn’t get my money back. I was offered a free drink at the bar and a water and some chips instead.

Had no hot water, didn't find out till 11 pm. Staff was not very accommodating as there was only one working.

Nice staff but it was "eh".

The rooms were clean. The refrigerator was a life saver and worked really well.

The breakfast wasn't free. As me and my sister were contemplating buying breakfast a roach fell from the ceiling in the food area. We didn't think it was worth staying or eating after that we left.

The swimming pool and patio and staff were 5 star

Overpriced especially not incomespecially not including a breakfast. The breakfast cost $9 for a fresh order the rates were 15 to $20 per plate. The facility needs a remodel... The room's smelled like mildew.
