They are renovating and we moved rooms 5 times after checking in. We were supposed to stay 5 days I checked out after the first night.

Very disappointing and I still have not refund after being told I would receive it in 7-10 business days

The room was dirty. The previous guest items were still in the room. There was garbage in the room and soda cans on the dresser as soon as I walked in. The tub had a loud consistent leak. They said they couldn’t do anything about it because housekeeping was gone till morning.

The staff acted like I was over reacting and asked me to stay in the dirty room and wait till housekeeping cleaned the room the room the next day. When I declined they acted rudely and checked me out, said there was nothing else they could do for me.

The location was amazing. Right off the highway. And in an easy ton find location.

Horrible experience

Just that it was close to where I had to be @8:00 am for 2 days

The 2nd floor smelled super bad, there were roaches in the room. I called to complain about noise at 8:00am on Monday morning when my check out was at 11:00am I mean people do sleep in at hotels at least till 30 min before check out

Just what I needed to attend a conference at the University of Texas

Outdoor pool was awesome during summer in Texas Included breakfast was great Location on the Dallas Dart line. Unexpected bonus, the airport transfer via Dart was exceptionally good value at only $6

There were some bugs in the bathroom, particularly at night. Nothing too bad, but would be good if they were not there.

Not Good!

Booking.com overbooked us. When we arrived we had to wait for 10 min because there was no one at the from desk and Now then was told that we would have to go elsewhere! Offered no real solution.

My stay was fine for a weekend.

I liked the comfort of the bed and that the location of the hotel wasn’t too far from anything. The employees were nice in answering questions.

The room was too small. There weren’t clean sheets on the bed. The hall and room smelled horrible until I cleaned my room. There was construction in the bathroom. The rooms are way too close together and the key cards easily become desensitized without having them next to a phone.

We found bedbugs under the mattress, i took photos and when i went to the front desk to let them know they acted like it

Stay was not bad enough to move to another hotel, but not something I want to experience again.

The location suited my needs and is the main reason I picked this property. I also read the reviews on your sight which I now believe were probably fake reviews. The breakfast was awful

The property did not clean my room or replace my dirty towels or dump the trash during my entire 5 night stay. Every night I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. They said the cleaning policy is once every 3 days.

They need a lot of things to be fixed including employees and hotel in general

This hotel look nice from the pictures we seen online.

unfortunately they have to many problems we first got here they gave us a used room. Then the second room they gave us one side of the air conditioner didn’t work, and then the toilet went completely out. So they moved us to room three, and then the left side of the room power went out.Not to mention every time we go downstairs, we have to run up eight flights because the elevator is broken

Overall my go to place when I head out of town. Love it

Everything is amazing! The manger always welcomes me with smiles and happiness. It’s always clean and is a friendly environment.

I see now why the rate was so cheap. 3rd Workd “charm”

staff was friendly. nice people there from the front desk to the cleaning staff.

really looked like hotels I have stayed at in Third World countries. Dated looking, old interior. Run down looking hallways, pool was neglected and half full. Hasn’t been updated/remodeled in decades. Decent part of town with easy access to the freeway. Not noisy other than guests who talked loud late at night. got the feeling that may be several lowlifes were living there full-time. Sketchy vibe.

Pool area was old and outdated. Elevator needs to be serviced, breakfast needs a major upgrade. Not everyone eats eggs and pork sausage Pattie’s that are microwaved and over cooked.
