Very dirty floor

We have stayed often at Days Inn Harbourfront in Sarnia as we often travel between Chicago and Toronto to visit family. It is perfect for our needs. It is very clean, convenient, with a good breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable!!!! We appreciate having a comfortable place to stop on our route.

Not a thing.

Great Location! It was easy to walk into town along the riverside. Right across the street was a great brewery and an Irish Pub. The staff was super friendly, breakfast, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

The pillows were a little hard for me. I would have preferred softer ones.

My wife had a hard time going up the stairs

Room service can be better. They didn’t come even once for cleaning during our stay

Spotless facility, nice people and great location with excellent Irish Pub restaurant next door. Nice place to get out and go for a long walk with a marina and park next door. Would definitely return here again.

Breakfast was at best ok....they told us at check in that breakfast was available until 9:30 but they actually shut it down at 9am !! Coffee was poor.

Beautiful location of the hotel for perfect weekend gate away. Friendly staff, many breakfast options. Ample parking space.

Leakage in the bathroom, may be due to malfunction.

Room has two entrances, one off the parking area was convenient for loading. Breakfast was good.

The request we made to have a ground level floor was met. The walkout room was good.

The price was quite high. The room seemed fairly clean, the bathroom wasn't as clean though.

Proximity to the St. Claire River with a beautiful walk and access to a lovely restaurant on the water close by. Clean and comfortable with a full hot breakfast included.

Staff is amazing, they were very helpful with our concerns and requirenments. Room was clean and the location of the hotel is minutes away from the beach. If you are with kids there is a park nearby and museum.We stayed in one bedroom apartment it was fully furnished and you could find all you need. Altough it was raining during our trip( rain in July 😪) we enjoyed our stay in Sarnia.

We liked our stay. Considering price and value, adding breakfast to stay is very big plus.Hovewer, it could have been more variety.

Being woken in the morning by an inconsiderate truck driver leaving his engine running whilst he got breakfast. Not the hotels fault at all

Great location! Very comfy bed with lots of pillows!

Room was a little musty. Getting rid of the carpet would be a huge improvement.

Although there seemed to be a lot of people staying there (judging from the vehicles) it was super quiet. soundproofing was excellent and I couldn't hear anyone else. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and very good.. buffet style with a hot selection of scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage and bacon. Small amount out at a time but was refreshed at least 3 times in the 20 minutes I was there. Also a waffle machine which seemed to be popular and fast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints at all about this property, location, parking and especially the staff.

They need to fix flush. Water was running longer than required to fill up the tank.

Staff was really good , whether it is on reception or morning breakfast.

Lack of maintenance to the building.

Breakfast was good, however the cutlery could've been better.

The amenities could've been maintained a little well. There were bugs in the bathroom. No complimentary water bottles were served which is pretty basic in this day and age.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

The price was a little bit more i think for Workers who spend little time there. The breakfast was good but sausages everyday is a little bit tiresome.

Location! on the water with beautiful boardwalk, close to restaurants and downtown. Enjoyed having access to picnic tables and bbq stations.

There were a lot of cigarette butts scattered around and the hotel bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

All the receptionists were very good and helpful
