Always like staying here.

The rooms are so lovely. Having a house car is very helpful.

As the hotel is under renovation the drilling started at 6.30 am. That was not something we thought would happen.

Acomodação extremamente cômoda e limpa. Atendimento dos funcionários excelente.

Nao gostei da iluminação nova que fizeram nos corredores, achei claro demais, senti um pouco incômodo na chegada para as suítes, preferia como era antes com a luz mais baixa se sentia mais aconchegante.

would have liked to use the pool but due to renovations it was closed. The hotel did contact us before they charged us for our stay, so no problem.

Exceptional Staff and Hotel

I've been coming to LA for 10 years and usually stay in hotels near where I have appointments, but I have never come across L‘Érmitage until now. I have to say, the only thing that bothered me is that I didn't discover this place sooner. The suite is amazing: spacious, with beautiful details, making it a perfect place to feel comfortable. Thoughtful touches like the fruit, water and note at check-in, super-fast bell service, and valet staff make all the difference, turning a great experience into a perfect one, and this hotel is worth every penny. The view from my particular suite wasn’t the nicest, as it faced the backyard, but at least there was a balcony. And the pool was still under construction, but I knew about this. Everyone was very attentive and helpful, especially Gus. I will definitely be coming back.

Geweldig en zeer gastvrij

Het ontvangst bij de receptie was zeer goed en verleende goede service. Het personeel in het hele hotel waren zeer vriendelijk en erg hulpvaardig. Niets was teveel en altijd met een glimlach. Ondanks dat er een verbouwing plaatsvond van het zwembad en restaurant op dakterras was het verder geweldig op deze locatie. Gastvrijheid en hygiene uitmuntend!

Pleasantly surprised about how well hotel is run and committed to hotel guests

The property was amazingly well maintained. Fresh flowers tastefully done. Staff mostly well trained and accommodating. Our room was impeccable with many welcomed amenities. When we arrived to our room a plate of fresh fruit and Evian water awaited. The valet staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. The housekeepers were professional and attentive. My only disappointment was the dining experience. Food average and selection disappointing. We definitely will return to L’Ermitage soon.

The best place I’ve ever stayed at!

I was absolutely amazed with the outstanding customer service that I received from the moment I stepped out of the car. I have stayed at many hotels but never stayed at a hotel where I literally felt like I was at home.
