Everything was good and properly cleaned.

They should improve the entrance of the cottage as it needs more illumination and better signage because during the night is hard to find it as there is barely no lights. Also I would recommend to improve the access as it is an unpaved hill.

Large spaces, confortable kitchen and living room.

Due to the pandemic, the property managers experienced this spring and summer problems with cleaning staff (lost their staff and had to renew the team). The result showed in the poor cleanliness of the property. I reported the problem to the manager and she did respond in a very professional manner.

The location is great, the house is big. The host was in contact with us prior to our arrival and provided with all information needed

The house was not clean upon our arrival, Wi-Fi was really poor. There were wasps near the Jacuzzi and some of us including kids got stung. There was unpleasant smell downstairs in the basement floor. The cleaning guy was really nice and replied to every demand, but actually we were about to spend a lot of time outside and not to deal with house imperfections. It's a pity the location wasn't the same as we expected based on our previous year experience (same property, another cottage).
